When Miss Moon showed spider abilities, she began to train to develop them. Soon she was found by the famous spider-man protector Ezekiel Sims. Over the next 6 years, he teaches the girl to use her powers rationally.

Returning to New York, Cindy gets a job as a reporter in a newspaper. The years spent in captivity left their mark on the character of the girl, and it is not easy for her to adapt to modern life. So, she is the only editor who writes all the information with a pen in a notebook. In addition, the girl is not as dependent on mobile and computer devices as modern people.
Fighting villains under the guise of Silk, Cindy leaves no attempts to find her family. Fate confronts her with various superheroes, some of them become enemies, others - allies. Gradually, she begins to collaborate with SHIELD, as they promise to help her in finding a family.
