Personal card of the employee - form T-2, purpose and procedure

An employee’s personal card is maintained for each employee at the enterprise. It records the basic data containing information about the employee's labor activity at a given place. This is done so that subsequently, when an employee retires or is transferred to another organization, he can be fully financially calculated and, if necessary, provide all the information for the period of his work as an employee in the organization for verification.

You can select the following information that must be entered in a personal card:

- number of the order of employment,

- data from the work book (length of service by type, length of service that allows you to have the right to benefits, etc.)

- and passport data.

In addition, this card contains data from documents on graduation from a university or other educational institutions. The number of the certificate of insurance, the certificate received from the tax authorities, and other information necessary for the company must be indicated.

When filling out a card in special zones, codes defined by common classifiers are used for encoding. In Russia, for these purposes, there are classifiers:

- information about the population (abbreviated OKIN),

- specialties according to education (OKSO),

- professions and positions of workers and employees with tariff categories (OKKDTR).

Regarding the section “Knowledge of a foreign language”, normative documents suggest that the employee’s personal card form t 2 should be completed as follows: depending on the level of knowledge of a foreign language , “I speak fluently”, “I read, translate with a dictionary”, “I can explain and read. "

If during work at the enterprise some information about the employee has changed, then all changes must be made to his card and must be certified by the signature of the head and seal (if any).

Mandatory for completion is Section II on the registration of an employee. The T 2 card in this section is filled out on the basis of information from documents such as a military ID (for those who are in stock), a draftee’s identity card (for those who are to be drafted).

Moreover, the employee’s personal card has a number of nuances in this section. In particular, persons who are in stock are additionally indicated

- reserve category (except for officers);

- composition - in this clause the citizen belongs to one of the categories of military personnel (command, soldiers, medical).

Item number 4 involves the recording of a military accounting specialty (VUS) consisting of six digits. The fifth paragraph is filled with the established characters:

A - suitable for military service,

B - suitable with slight restrictions,

B - limited fit

Mr. is unsuitable.

If the employee has not provided accurate data (there are no marks on the military ID), then category “A” is put down.

The mark in paragraph number seven - “whether or not he is registered with the military” is put with a simple pencil. In paragraph a), a mark is made if the employee has a mobile order or a stamp on the withdrawal of such requirements; b) is filled in for employees who are booked by the organization for the period of mobilization.

If the employee’s personal card (form t 2) is entered on the person to be called up, then, in paragraphs one, three, four, seven, marks are not put. And in paragraph 2, the mark "subject to appeal."

The employee’s personal card in the eighth paragraph of the second section may be completed and marked “deregistered”. It is set if the citizen has reached the maximum permissible age for staying in the reserve, as well as if the citizen is deemed unsuitable for military service.

The section on hiring or transferring to other workplaces is filled out only on the basis of the corresponding order on hiring or ordering the transfer of the employee to another workplace.

The employee’s personal card in the “vacation” section has marks that are set on the basis of orders issued by the company about the departure and return of the employee to the prescribed and additional holidays. This information is entered during the entire time an employee works at the enterprise.
