Gymnastics of Sergey Bubnovsky includes an exercise that develops abdominal muscles. When exhaling, the patient should tear the shoulder blades off the floor. You need to raise your hands as a continuation of the torso. All movements should be performed with maximum amplitude. The sound “ha” is pronounced at the highest point of tension. In this case, it is necessary to tighten the stomach.
These exercises by Sergey Bubnovsky are performed either 20-30 seconds, or in the amount of 5-10 repetitions. A prerequisite for them is an empty stomach. And if you drink a glass of tea or water before class, you can wash your intestines. The rumbling of the abdomen will testify to this process.
Another Bubnovsky exercise for beginners was developed by the author to strengthen the muscles of the back of the thigh and back. It should be started from the supine position and with arms slightly elongated and bent along the body. On exhalation, the sound “ha” is pronounced and twenty swings are done first with one straight leg and then with the other. Then they are raised both at the same time. The number of times in this case will be limited by the capabilities of the patient.
The author recommended the following scheme for practicing the above three exercises:

- Tuesday - study of the abdominal muscles;
- Wednesday - an exercise for the back of the body.
The duration of such gymnastics should not be less than 20 minutes. After classes, Bubnovsky recommends carrying out water procedures. It can be a contrast or cold shower, a sauna, a pool or rubbing with a damp towel.
What pathologies does the alternative technique apply to?
What are the main causes of spinal diseases? These include:
- congenital ailments;
- systemic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteomyelitis, ankylosing spondylitis, tuberculosis and tumors;
