The music for horror was written by Pavel Ruminov. Ruminov is not a professional composer, but is considered a professional screenwriter and director. In 2016, the release of the film “Status: Free” is expected with Daniil Kozlovsky in the title role, which Ruminov directed.
The film was produced by Enjoy Movies. And the project was produced by Georgy Malkov (“Bloody Lady Bathory”) and Vladimir Polyakov (“Moms-3”).

In the center of the plot is the story of several teenagers who decided to conduct a black ceremony for the sake of a joke and cause the ghost of the peak of the lady. However, after a couple of days, they begin to collective hallucinations - in all but Ani. The girl begins to rave with the Queen of Spades much later, when, under mysterious circumstances, the guy from their company, Matvey, dies.
As a result, it turns out that the Queen of Spades is hunting for Anna. Her frightened parents also begin to notice supernatural activity in their home. The exorcist arrives too late when the demon has already settled in Anna. It is possible to destroy it only by forcing the girl to survive a clinical death. And although it all ends with the expulsion of a ghost, it is not clear to the end whether it was really possible to destroy Lady in the final of the painting “Queen of Spades. The Black Rite. ”

Igor Khripunov as Ani's father

Given the reviews and reviews, the movie “Queen of Spades. Black Rite ”can be considered valid. And in this there is merit and cast.
Vladimir Seleznev got a difficult role: a former doctor whose son died at the hands of the Queen of Spades. After this tragic event, the hero of Seleznev went deeper into the world of magic and began to help expel evil spirits to those who asked him about it. Playing such a character, you can slide into unnecessary pathos. But Vladimir Seleznev was able to successfully pass this "sharp threshold" and make his hero believed. In the final of the film, the hero of the actor is ready to sacrifice his life for the sake of saving Anna, which he does.
The artist also gained respect for the horror genre and in one of the interviews stated that he was ready to play in the future a vampire, a werewolf - in a word, all who the directors can offer him to play. But he still gives preference to werewolves.

There are many more characters in this movie. “The Queen of Spades. The Black Rite, reviews of which sound promising, has become a kind of acting experiment for Eugene Loza. The actress can be seen in melodramas, but a horror film for her is something out of the ordinary. Nevertheless, Loza fit into the ensemble of actors, and in 2016 we should expect another similar film with her participation - “The Witch”.

Svyatoslav Podgayevsky can be proud of his work, since his film has an IMDb rating of 5.60. This is a good result for a Russian horror film, which is also filmed with a small budget. With investments of 45 million rubles at the box office, it was possible to collect about 148 million rubles ($ 2,228,155).
“The Queen of Spades. The Black Rite, ”the audience received mostly positive reviews. The percentage of negative reviews is about a quarter of the total number of viewers who expressed their opinion.
Censures are caused by the image of the Queen of Spades, created through computer graphics: viewers believe that it was possible to come up with something more original. But criticizing computer graphics, the negligible budget of the picture should be taken into account.
Also, in the horror of Svyatoslav Podgayevsky, the audience saw "pieces" of the famous horror films that came out in the West before that. But even if some moments in Podgayevsky’s picture may resemble other films, does the whole cinema suffer from this? In any film, you can find moments that were met elsewhere. As for the "plagiarism", it was not there. Just because the story of The Queen of Spades has never been filmed before.
In a word, Russian horror films are finally taking on some form and a “gloss”. And if the directors do not stop there and move forward, then the heyday of this genre in Russia is just around the corner.
