Alexey Anatolyevich Kolgan was born in Lviv. It happened in 1971. As a child, he moved with his parents to Leningrad.

Kolgan Alexey Anatolyevich, whose personal life has always interested his fans, is married. In 2003, he married an actress of the Russian Academic Youth Theater Nina Dvorzhetskaya.
