Success in the transport business
After a fiasco in the banking business, Trotsenko Roman Viktorovich, an entrepreneur who was already well-known in business circles, becomes the head of the Board of Directors of Passenger Port LLC.
However, the enterprise was not prosperous: colossal debts, outdated ships and equipment, staff turnover, low salaries - these problems required immediate solutions. And the result was not long in coming: at the end of the 90s, the number of transportations increased by 25%, and the volume of cargo transshipment increased by more than 30%. The profit of the enterprise has grown significantly. Labor productivity was increased without expanding the staff, resulting in higher wages. Nine new vehicles were purchased, the plant management began to modernize the cargo complex. And all this was done by Roman Viktorovich Trotsenko: on the Forbes list today he is one of the key figures.
In general, a year later, the Southern River Port turned into an advanced enterprise.
Head of USC
The success of the restoration of the Southern River Port and Passenger Port enterprises did not go unnoticed. In 2009, he was offered to become the head of the state USC (United Shipbuilding Corporation).
