This enterprise was in even worse condition than the Passenger Port. Again, the wages were scanty, the equipment and units were outdated, there was no bookkeeping, and even the heating did not work in the administrative building. I had to start everything from scratch: to establish communications, to hire a security service, to restore document management, to dismiss personnel who had not been properly performing their job duties for a long time. And the result was not long in coming: at the end of the 90s, the number of transportations increased by 25%, and the volume of cargo transshipment increased by more than 30%. The profit of the enterprise has grown significantly. Labor productivity was increased without expanding the staff, resulting in higher wages. Nine new vehicles were purchased, the plant management began to modernize the cargo complex. And all this was done by Roman Viktorovich Trotsenko: on the Forbes list today he is one of the key figures.
