Cardiopolitics
The premiere of social drama took place in June 2014.
The film is a documentary. It tells the story of a cardiac surgeon Sergei Sukhanov from Perm, who during his career has performed more than fifteen thousand open heart operations. The most important things for him have always been human life and health.
Sergei managed to prove that the Perm Territory needed its own cardio industry. And in the 2000s they were supposed to build a modern cardiocenter, for which the state allocated a decent amount of money. However, the completion of the facility was delayed all the time.
