Kazuya Kamenashi is a Japanese singer who was born in 1986 in the capital of Japan, Tokyo. The boy was the third child in the family. Parents named the baby in honor of the hero of the manga “Touch”, but among relatives and friends the guy is referred to as Ka-kun, because the guy is one of the vocalists of KAT TUN.
The beginning of a musical career
Initially, Kazuya was completely not interested in the world of television and stars, but he was very fond of making music. After a while, Kamenashi was invited to the audition, which he held in the company of Nakamaru Yuichi and Akanishi Jin. At that moment, the actor did not know that these novice singers would be his colleagues.
In 2001, KAT TUN was formed exclusively in the image of a dance, but the guys were able to promote their group so much that the creators released the guys into free swimming. However, the band’s first and official debut took place only five years later, when the guys got an education. In 2006, the album "True Face" appeared, instantly conquering almost the whole country. Then it was decided to make Kamenashi Kazuya the leader of the group, because he was best able to publicly perform on stage, although the singer was the youngest of the participants. During concerts and broadcasts, the guy, speaking with the guys, appeared in front of the audience and viewers as an MC. In addition, Kazuya was involved in organizing concerts and a schedule of performances.
Debut in the world of cinema
In 2005, Kamenashi Kazuya appeared in the serial film “Promotion of Nobuta,” which seriously affected his career as a singer and instantly promoted the guy up the career ladder. It turns out that the soundtrack to the series has gradually turned into a unique song "Young Amigo". A duet was formed to record the single, where the singer sang a song together with YamaPi. After a while, the song turned into a real hit and headed the Oricon Chart. Within a month, over a million copies were sold throughout Japan, and the song itself occupied the leading lines of the chart for eight months, being the most popular in 2005. This was the main impetus for the singer's premature debut, which caused temporary tense relations between the band members.
Songwriting
Kamenashi Kazuya is the songwriter for the Gokusen series. He not only wrote the lyrics to the film, but also personally performed it. After a while, the guy became the creator of the composition “Special Happiness”, which he performed in company with Taguchi. In 2009, Kazuya created a composition that he wrote together with Yucca and Kawamura. The singer throughout the tour sang a song with a guitar.
Work in the cinema
The most famous work in Kamenashi Kazuya's filmography is the filming of the drama "Hokusen", consisting of several parts. Basically, the series of Japanese directors contain only two seasons and about twelve episodes, but this series lasted more than ten years. Starting in 2001, Kazuya together with the group took part in the production of "Shock" and "Dream Boys", where Takizawa Hideaki played a major role. Almost nothing is known about Kamenashi Kazui's personal life.
