In our country, there are a number of state standards, according to which it is necessary to organize an analysis of product quality at the enterprise. The term "products" GOST R 9000-2008 is deciphered as the result of a process that converts inputs to outputs. According to GOST R 9001-2008, they are subject to quantitative assessment, and product characteristics must be measured and monitored. That is, each organization must carry out its acceptance before sending the product to the consumer and confirm its suitability for use. GOST 15.309-98 states that these requirements apply to all national economic products, except for ships or other types for which special requirements are established. That is, the analysis of the quality of the product involves conducting its measurements and tests in the amount established by the regulatory and technical document for a specific type of product (GOST, OST, TU, etc.) or a contract (agreement) for its supply.
Product quality analysis is carried out in batches. They must be identically identified in the technological and production processes and in the quality control process by product name, batch number, date of manufacture or release. This data should ensure complete traceability of products from the moment of receipt of raw materials, quality control of raw materials, technological parameters during manufacture, all production and logistics operations to which it was subjected throughout the entire life cycle, as well as data on personnel involved in the manufacture and quality control. These requirements follow from the standard GOST R 9001-2008, which states the need for a process approach in order to increase customer satisfaction.
At the production stage, an analysis of the quality of the products, called acceptance, is carried out. It is divided into two categories of tests: acceptance and periodic. The totality of the tests carried out and a document on the quality of the products drawn up based on their results, confirming their conformity, is a guarantee for the consumer that the product does not deviate from the established requirements. Acceptance tests are carried out on each batch, periodic - with the frequency specified in the documents establishing the requirements for a particular type of product. All test results should be identified by the name of the parameter and test method, be traced by the type of measuring equipment and the characteristics of the materials used for testing.
Since all production stages operate in accordance with applicable technological regulations or other regulatory documents, the requirements ensuring product conformity (quality of raw materials and materials, technological parameters of manufacturing, packaging, storage and transportation, up to its delivery to the consumer) must be met. Therefore, in order to verify the purchased raw materials, an incoming quality control of products is carried out in accordance with GOST 24297-87 and approved plans or schedules for incoming control. Unlike acceptance control, raw materials can not be checked for all quality indicators, but only for those for which compliance with the requirements is mandatory, since it affects the quality of the final product, ensures production safety or compliance with labor protection rules and standards.
Product requirements, as well as requirements for measurements and tests, which are used to analyze the quality of products, are established in the product standard. Tests should be carried out by competent personnel. The results obtained are confirmed by personal signature. The reliability of the results is ensured by the existing laboratory quality management system or the corresponding technical service.
