Description
The temporary residence permit form for a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation is written. A similar document is issued in the form of a stamp affixed to the migrant’s civil passport.

About cancellation

- the migrant has presented fake or already invalid documents;

Usually, the FMS, if there is at least one reason, decides to revoke a temporary residence permit for a foreign citizen. This should be reported no later than three days after the verdict.
After that, the applicant will have 3 days to appeal the decision. A request is usually filed with a court. But, as practice shows, usually the FMS completely legitimately cancels the RVP.
As soon as the cancellation takes effect, the foreigner either voluntarily leaves the Russian Federation or is expelled from the country.
