early years
Born in May 1988 in Yaroslavl. Since childhood, he was an active child. Parents understood that energy should be directed in the right direction, and the guy was sent to the hockey school of the local Lokomotiv. The most talented guys then fell into the main team. The young player stood out from the rest with his physical data. He could easily bump into those who were several years older. The coaches were sure that Anisimov could grow into an outstanding athlete, but this requires a lot of effort. The young man also understood this, and tried to give all his best in training. He spared neither himself nor his rivals. Very soon, hard work will bear fruit, and at the age of sixteen Artyom will make his debut in professional hockey. He will hold several matches for the second team of “railroad”, and will show himself from the best side. Season 2005-2006 will start on the main team.
Main career period

The debut year is unlikely to bring Artem Anisimov into his asset. The hockey player will take part in ten fights, and give one assists. The coaching staff understood that he was still too young, and therefore made it to the application for the next season, which in the end will turn out more successfully. The athlete holds thirty-nine games, scores two goals and makes eight assists. Already at that time he was taken out of the ocean, and in 2007 he left Russia and moved abroad. The new team is Hartford Wolf Pack, which played in the second professional league in the United States. In the first season, Anisimov participates in seventy-four games and scores sixteen goals. The coming year is becoming even more successful. Artem Anisimov will write down thirty-seven goals and make forty-four assists. Right during the season, he moves to the NHL, to the “New York Rangers”. In 2008-2009 will have time to play in only one match, and then he will purposefully prepare for the next season.
Championship 2009-2010 becomes unusually successful for a Russian. Anisimov takes part in eighty-two games, scores twelve goals and makes sixteen assists. Season 2010-2011 will be even more successful in terms of points. In total, over the course of the year, forty-four scoring points were added to our assets.
2011-2012 Artyom once again holds at the highest level and a year later leaves for the Continental Hockey League. In Russia, Artem Anisimov will play for his native Lokomotiv for half a season, but then again fly away overseas to Columbus Blue Jackets. The most successful in the new team for him will be 2013-2014. He will play in eighty-one bouts, distinguish himself at the opponent’s goal twenty-two times, and seventeen times will act as an assistant.
In 2015, he transferred to the Chicago Blackhawks, where he performs today.
Career Team
First hit the national team in 2006. It was the youth world championship. Russia took only fifth place, and the striker scored three goals in six fights. In 2007 and 2008 he participated in the youth championships of the world. He became a silver and bronze medalist, respectively.
Already in 2010, he received a call to the first Russian team. And then he won the second place in the international tournament, but at the Olympics in 2014 he did not win any awards.
