What to bring
It is necessary to take documents with you:
- old certificate;
- a medical certificate and a copy (on both sides) - a driver’s medical board can be passed next to the traffic police, a photocopy can be made on the ground floor in the MREO building;
- passport (and military ID - for men);
- cards from a driving school (just in case);
- receipt - the state fee can be paid in advance at the bank details or on the second floor in special machines, where the commission is 40 rubles, and the change is credited to the cell.
- To obtain rights for the first time in the traffic police on the highway of the Revolution:
- passport and soldier (for male drivers);
- a medical certificate on the same terms as for replacement;
- cards from a driving school (required);

Without a driving school
There is an option to pass the exam yourself, taking the documents from the driving school, if there is no desire to contact unscrupulous employees. However, a full course of training will have to be completed. To do this, you need to contact the traffic police on Revolution Highway in the information desk on the third floor and write a statement stating that you need detachment from the driving school and surrender driving on the traffic police car.
If the training took place in a car with a manual transmission, the institution will provide a car, if with automatic transmission, it is necessary to find an option for delivery, since there may not be vehicles with an automatic transmission.
