Each parent, thinking about the future certificate of his child, is faced with a lot of incomprehensible words and formulations. Not so long ago, a new form of education appeared in the law on education - full-time and part-time. What it is? This form in higher education does not bother anyone. But how this is combined with compulsory secondary education and is implemented in a modern school will be discussed below.
What forms of training exist?
Before deciding what it is - part-time education, consider other options for getting an education at school.
- Full-time. The most common and familiar form of training for residents of the post-Soviet country. It assumes that the child attends school every day, adhering to a strict schedule. The difficulty for many parents is that, according to the current legislation, students are assigned to a particular educational institution depending on their registration. There is another option - a private school, in which students are accepted, regardless of registration. But training in a private institution is often quite expensive, which not all parents can afford.
- Extramural. This form of training is gaining more and more popularity in the educational environment. According to the law, full-time and part-time studies at school are equivalent. The difference lies in the fact that with the correspondence form the child does not attend training classes, but masters the educational material at home alone or with the help of adults. The correspondence student receives the assignments electronically via the Internet or comes directly to the educational institution for them. Monitoring the assimilation of knowledge is carried out at least once a quarter in the form of tests, tests, sections of knowledge.

He studies the remaining disciplines remotely or independently at home. At the same time, the final control of knowledge (in person) has not been canceled.

This allows you to choose the most optimal conditions conducive to obtaining a quality education for each individual student, to minimize negative attitudes towards learning and conflict situations that affect the psychological state of the child.
At the same time, the subject of education does not drop out of society, continues to communicate with the children's team. And this is very important for his socialization in society and the development of personality.
Who is suitable for
When is the appropriate choice of part-time education? The Law on Education allows all students to complete full-time education, provided that they master the educational material in full and successfully pass the final certification. The basis for the transfer of the child to the OZFD is the statement of the parents to the director of the educational institution. The legal representatives of the child indicate the list of subjects that the child will attend full-time, and those disciplines that he will have to master outside the school.
The following subjects can be studied in absentia:
- which the student learns in circles, sections, etc .;
- knowledge on which the student is much higher than that of classmates;
- in case of conflict with the teacher;
- visiting which is impossible for objective reasons.
