Here are the key differences between the new form of medical report for the traffic police:
- There is no place for a photo. Previously, the driver required personal photographs to draw up a medical certificate.
- Form V / U-003 is drawn up on letterhead A5 from two sides.
- In the new document on the health status of the driver there is no place for detailed comments of all narrow specialists.
- The form now contains a place for information about the doctor who issued the documentation with an opinion on the health status of the driver. Previously, there was no such information in the certificate.
- The documentation no longer has a column stating its validity.
That's all. Despite these changes, the driver’s certificate for the traffic police remains quite informative. Without it, under certain circumstances, it will be impossible to obtain a military training.
No commission and analysis
Some are interested in whether it is possible to get a medical report for the traffic police without tests and commissions. Yes, but it’s illegal.
Today, many medical companies offer medical certificates without a fee for a fee. Accepting such services is not recommended. This is due to the fact that the received medical certificate will be considered fake. If this turns out, the driver will have to be punished for using a fake when registering rights.
