She always wants to help others, but she is not always understood.

The heroine was very afraid of meeting with new classmates. Kuronuma has black long hair, and her name is very similar in sound to the name of the heroine of the famous Japanese horror movie Sadako. Sawako Kuronuma is very nervous and therefore looks a little frightening from the side, hiding behind her black long hair. Therefore, the students of the new class, seeing the girl, tried to stay away from her, since in the presence of Kuronuma they felt terrible.
The heroine herself did not dare to approach and speak with one of her classmates. Savako would have remained without friends in the classroom, if she had not been saved by a cheerful and sociable guy, as well as the universal favorite of Kazekhai Shot. He was the first who was not afraid of Kuronuma and met her.
Gradually, other students followed the example of Kazekhai. Savako had two best friends Ayane Yano and Tizuru Yoshida. They were able to discern in the main character how she is a kind and bright person. Ayane and Tizuru try to protect her friend all the time, and Savako is simply happy and tries to support them in everything.

Curonuma practically worships the protagonist. She does not notice how their relationship is slowly changing - the former easy and friendly relations were replaced by awkwardness.
Kazekhai also immediately liked Savako. The girl very rarely smiled, and when Shota first saw her sincere and happy smile, she was immediately subdued. Unlike Kuronuma, he immediately felt a change in their relationship, but he was very afraid to take the first step. Savako always considered Kazekhai something out of reach and used to admire and admire him from the outside. She could not even imagine that he would pay attention. The relationship of Kuronuma Savako and Kazekhai was greatly facilitated by the friends of the main character, who saw how the lovers did not dare to take a step and suffer from it. In the end, everything was resolved, and Kuronuma and Kazekhaia became a couple.
Anime based movie
The anime series “Reaching for You” became so popular that on its basis it was decided to make the film of the same name, which was released on television in 2010. The main character of the movie also remained Kuronuma Savako. Her role was played by Japanese actress Tabe Mikako. The drama won no less popularity than anime, and was positively received by fans of the series. Actress Tabe Mikako did an excellent job with the role of Savako - she was able to convey the experiences of the shy and scared protagonist.
