Hunting is one of the ways to use the animal world. On the territory of the country, hunting rules in any region, republic, and so on are set separately, based on standard hunting rules in the Russian Federation.
Hunting rules - this is the main document that determines the order of its conduct. All hunters must know and fulfill the requirements established by him. The main objectives of these rules are to preserve the species diversity of game animals and ensure the rational use of their resources through amateur and commercial hunting.
According to the rules, hunting is the tracking of wild birds and animals that are in natural freedom, with the aim of their prey. Hunting also equates to any occurrence in the hunting grounds with a hunting rifle assembled, on public roads with traps, firearms and other hunting tools. It is useful for hunters to learn new hunting rules and not to forget that changes in them occur frequently.
All hunters should know that the following is prohibited in the country:
- use small-caliber rifles and carbines under side-ammunition carts for amateur hunting, for catching a brown bear and ungulates;
- to get a bear bear and ungulates for the purpose of amateur hunting during their crossing over water bodies;
- use pneumatic weapons, hooks, crossbows, bow, guarded rifles, hunting pits for hunting;
- use hunting firearms for hunting that are not registered with the internal affairs bodies;
- when using amateur hunts, use nets, loops, veneers, any chemicals (except for odorous baits), tents, explosives, as well as tape recorders and other devices that reproduce enticing sounds to catch birds;
- use light devices to catch birds;
- use motor vehicles to chase and get any kind of animals, as well as shoot from all types of motor vehicles (exception - it is allowed to shoot from floating vehicles when the engine is not running);
- collect eggs and ravage bird nests, spoil the homes of fur animals.
With legal hunting it is allowed:
- partially destroy burrows and muskrat huts; open shelters of small fur-bearing animals;
- use small nets (nets, mittens, dressings, etc.) when hunting small fur-bearing animals, badgers, raccoon dogs, foxes with the participation of hunters;
- dig narrow wells to the holes of badgers, foxes in order to help dogs that work in the hole.
The excavated areas of the holes after hunting must be restored and buried with soil.
Hunters are administratively responsible for:
- being in settlements with a loaded gun;
- shooting at a distance of 100 meters or less from the housing;
- finding or participating in a hunt while intoxicated with arms collected;
- shooting along the shooting line at a round-up hunting, in which a bullet or buckshot passes closer than 10 meters from any other shooter;
- being on any motor vehicle with a loaded weapon (with the exception of hunting from boats and boats with the engine off);
- transportation of the collected weapons not in a case on motorcycles, tractors, tractors, cars, with the exception of cases of a hunt for hoofed wild animals.
The rules for hunting with rifled weapons are as follows: firearms with a rifled barrel can be purchased by citizens who have been granted the right to hunt in the established manner, provided that they carry out professional activities related to hunting, or have been owned for at least five years there is a smooth-bore firearm long-barreled hunting weapon.
So, hunting rules are mandatory for all hunters, their non-compliance threatens with administrative punishment.
