After the second decade, nutrition with a stomach ulcer may be less sparing for a period of three to four months. At this time, non-acidic sour cream, fresh cottage cheese, yogurt is allowed to be consumed. In milk soups, you can add mashed vegetables, excluding cabbage. Vermicelli soups, boiled meat (low-fat beef, chicken, veal), non-fat fish, mashed milk porridge, chopped pasta, noodles, vegetable purees: potato, carrot, pumpkin, squash, beetroot are allowed. For dessert - fruits and berries, preferably soft varieties, ripe wild strawberries, raspberries. You can drink stewed fruit, sweet jelly, cookies, but not butter, as well as stale white bread.

During and after treatment, even if a positive result is achieved, one should refrain from sour, spicy and smoked food for two to three years.
