Theater and film actress Yakovleva Elena Alekseevna was born on March 5, 1961 in the Ukrainian city of Novograd-Volynsky in the family of a military man. The garrison service of the father did not allow the family to either purchase housing or acquire an economy; they often had to move and settle in a new place. Lena changed one school after another, and this affected the performance. The girl tried to catch up, learning became increasingly difficult.
Theater Dreams
In the end, his father was assigned to Kharkov, and this was the last move. In 1978, seventeen-year-old Elena Yakovleva, whose filmography and theatrical roles today can serve as an example of acting, graduated from a Kharkov high school and went to work. The girl began her career in the city library. Then, from the post of librarian, Lena moved to the cartography department of Kharkov State University. The next place of her employment was the Kharkov Electrical Equipment Plant. The fact that Lena dreams of becoming a theater actress was known only to her parents.
GITIS
The girl tried to earn money for a trip to Moscow, where she hoped to enter GITIS. And so it happened, in 1980 Elena Yakovleva was taken on the course of Vladimir Andreev, who did not hide his admiration from the brilliant dramatic talent of a recent schoolgirl. At the entrance exam, the future actress Elena Yakovleva knelt down, reading the monologue by Katyusha Maslova from Leo Tolstoy's Sunday, and the commission members stood up and listened to her standing. As it turned out later, Lena tried to be consistent in the exam, and since the book read "... Maslova fell to her knees ...", Lena decided to keep up with her.
Theater "Contemporary"
Four years on Andreevās course flashed in an instant, and after graduating from GITIS in 1984, Elena Yakovleva joined the troupe of one of the leading Moscow theaters. It was the Sovremennik Theater. For the first time in the history of the theater, members of the artistic council with Galina Volchek at the head voted unanimously for the admission to the troupe of the new artist. For the young actress, this was a good sign, a kind of advance recognition of her skill. Galina Volchek herself and almost all the leading actors of Sovremennik regularly met with GITIS students during their training. Starting from the first year, Lena Yakovleva attracted general attention with her artistry and remarkable external data. Everyone who somehow met her, understood - in front of him is the future great actress.
The first theatrical roles
The first role of Elena Yakovleva was Gitel in the play "Two on a Swing" based on Gibson's play, and Nikolai Popkov acted as a partner. Two years later, the actress moved to the Yermolova Theater, to the director Valery Fokin. Such transitions are considered the norm in the acting environment, and no one condemned Yakovlev. She worked for Fokin for three years, and then returned to Sovremennik. Simultaneously with the theatrical creativity of the actress, films were released with the participation of Elena Yakovleva. Perhaps with this circumstance, the actressās next departure from the theater was somehow connected, which occurred in 2011 and this time was final. The accident that happened to Lena also played a role. When she went backstage after the performance, she got entangled in the curtains and fell on a winch with protruding levers. For a long time, the actress could not go on stage, and to the questions of the public, what happened to Elena Yakovleva, the administrators could not really explain anything. Only the doctors knew about the consequences of the unsuccessful fall of the actress. Two ribs were damaged, their displacement occurred, and there was a need for surgical intervention. However, the reasons for her departure from the theater were not covered in this. Also, the reason that made her leave her native theater should not be considered films with Elena Yakovleva. Most likely, she could not put up with the changes taking place in the life of Sovremennik. According to her feelings, the theater noticeably degraded, lost its exclusive, became an ordinary Moscow stage, thoroughly commercial and far from art. Together with the actress "Contemporary" left her husband, Valery Shalnyh.
Kinoroli
In the movie, Elena Yakovleva, whose filmography includes 69 paintings, made her debut in 1983, she starred in the film "Two under one umbrella" by George Yungvald-Khilkevich, where she played the role of Lera. Then the movie roles were followed one after another, fashion model Maria in the film "Plumbum, or The Dangerous Game" by Vadim Abdrashitov, Mila in the film "Time to Fly" by Alexei Sakharov according to the script of Alexander Zhitinsky and other roles. But there was one film that made Yakovlev famous - āIntergirlā, shot by director Pyotr Todorovsky in 1989 based on the shocking story by Vladimir Kunin. The role of Tanya Zaitseva, a currency prostitute, brilliantly performed by an actress, raised Yakovlev to the highest level of Russian cinema. The tragic ending of the picture only strengthened the effect of "Intergirl", who fell on the fertile soil of perestroika time.
Collaboration with Todorovsky
Collaboration with director Pyotr Todorovsky continued, and Elena Yakovleva, whose filmography was constantly updated with new works, starred in three of his films: āAnchor, More Anchorā (production of 1992), āWhat a wonderful gameā (1995) and āRetro three of usā ", released in 1998. The actress was satisfied with the roles played, but at the same time she wanted to participate in the film Burnt by the Sun by Nikita Mikhalkov, in which she was first offered the role of the wife of the division commander, but Ingeborga Dapkunaite was approved at the last moment by Mikhalkov. Thus, the filmography of Elena Yakovleva does not contain the desired picture. Lena was a little upset, but soon gave herself to work on a new interesting project. It was a detective series "Kamenskaya" based on the works of Alexandra Marinina.
Since 2000, TV shows with Elena Yakovleva went on all channels of Russian television.
TV serials
So, the television series "Kamenskaya" was presented to the general public on the NTV channel in January 2000. The production used scenes from the cycle of the writer Marinina, who, being the current colonel of the Soviet police, managed to collect interesting, reliable material and subsequently publish it in a book version.
Kamenskaya Anastasia Pavlovna, a police major, comes to the department of murders and the fight against banditry of the MUR. The ātrioā of police major Nastya Kamenskaya (Elena Yakovleva), police major Yuri Korotkov (Sergey Garmash) and police captain Mikhail Lesnikov (Dmitry Nagiyev) somehow organized themselves in the department. The head of this task force is Colonel Gordeev Viktor Alekseevich (Sergey Nikonenko). The crimes investigated by Nastya Kamenskaya, as a rule, involve representatives of the political elite, major directors and businessmen. Elena Yakovleva (her filmography includes television films) worked with great interest on the image of Kamenskaya.
