The acceptance certificate is a document fixing the fact of the commission of an action that has legal significance. It may reflect the transfer of ownership of products and equipment, documents and securities, vehicles, etc. between two or more persons. As a rule, the acceptance certificate serves as an application or an integral component of any contract (gift, sale, lease, etc.). In this regard, after signing this document, the parties indicated in it have obligations and rights in relations with each other.
The acceptance certificate begins with the designation of its name, which indicates the property in relation to which actions are taken. The name is written in the center of the first line. In this case, affix it in capital letters or highlight using bold.
The second line of the document reflects the date of its preparation, which is placed closer to the left margin of the page, as well as the locality that was the place of signing (at the right edge). The form of the act of reception and transmission further provides for the text part. It marks the object or subject, which is subject to the transition from one owner to another. Its main parameters and characteristics must be indicated without fail. So, for example, the act of acceptance of the premises in the lease must contain:
- FULL NAME. landlord and tenant;
- the name of the premises (apartment, room);
- address at which the property reflected in the act is located;
- available equipment (washing machine, refrigerator, TV, fire extinguishing system, etc.);

If the act is intended for the reception and transmission of various equipment, then you must specify:
- name of property;
- quantity;
- year in which it was issued;
- technical condition on the date of receipt (transfer);
- packaging integrity.
When preparing a document for the transfer of equipment, you must specify:
- name of the transferred property;
- year of issue;
- technical condition in which it is located at the time of reception (transmission);
- the condition of its packaging.
If the act is drawn up to confirm the fact of acceptance of the vehicle, the information that is reflected in the main text should contain information about the model and make, as well as body color. It must also indicate the number of the engine under which it was registered, the passport of the car, etc.
If the act prepares the transfer of any documents, then the name of each of them, as well as the number of copies and pages, are reflected. Textual information may also contain other information of interest to the parties involved.
The acceptance certificate of the garage is an application that is drawn up to the contract of sale. The design of this document does not have a specific unified model. In this regard, its drafting is carried out using a standard act reflecting the reception and transfer of real estate. Mandatory information that should be contained in the text of this document is:
- data of its signatories;
- information about the location of the garage;
- registration number;
- construction area;
- equipment that is sold with it.
The act should also contain information that the seller handed over the keys to the garage to the buyer.
At the end of the act, the signatures of the persons who completed the process of acceptance and transfer of property are affixed. A document is made in duplicate.
Drawing up the act of reception and transfer is carried out:
- upon completion of work (services);
- when transferring material assets for storage, etc.
