When Miles finds several surviving classified documents, he learns that Mount Array Psychiatric Hospital is a cover. In fact, there were brutal experiments and studies. German scientists conducted delusional surgery. And one surgeon is still “alive” and continues to restore order among patients.
When it becomes known that Miles entered the hospital, the hunt begins for him. At this moment, he learns that scientists are not interested in any secret information about the Soviet Union, the main thing for them is to bring out a new kind of people, which they did. And the secret laboratory in the basement is the scariest place in the whole hospital.
There is not a single ally in the hospital for a young journalist, and no one can help him. Th ephone is not working. The only thing that always helps him in the dark corridors and rooms is his camera. He manages to record everything that he sees on cassettes. When Miles’s life hangs in the balance, Priest Martin comes to his aid. He will then periodically assist Miles.
The game ends quite unexpectedly: Miles finds the only way to get out of the hospital. During this period, an order is received to clean and liquidate the hospital. The special forces who arrived do not find the time to sort it out and kill the journalist. However, the task failed, and the sweep failed. In the hospital building, patients continue to walk.

This hospital is located in Buffalo, New York. The building began to be erected in 1870, and it opened in 1880. The hospital was intended for ordinary patients with mental disorders.
There were never any scientists there, and no surgical operations were conducted in the basement. No one set up experiments on people. It was the most common psychiatric hospital.
