"White filling" is a variety that is found in a number of plants. Among them, the most popular are apple trees and tomatoes. Apple trees of this type are known in Russia for their successful growth and excellent fruiting on the island of Valaam, where about five hundred trees are planted inside the monastery walls. For their successful development, rich soils are not needed, however, loams with sufficient moisture and places protected from strong winds are considered optimal.
Apple-tree “white filling” has a beautiful pyramidal (southern version) or round (northern version) crown, medium size and high frost resistance. The fruiting periods for young samples are quick, the crop is harvested annually, and it is quite plentiful. The advantage of the variety is its early flowering, buds are not afraid of frost or cold rainy weather.
Apples "white filling" are usually ready for use in early August in central Russia, and in the north - later, which allows the variety to be classified as early ripening. Medium-sized fruits are larger and may have halves or “seams” along the apple that are different in development. Coloring greenish-yellowish, does not have a blush, in the ripeness phase - white-yellow with numerous whitish spots under the skin.
The variety "white filling" is not slow, the fruits are stored for about three weeks. This is facilitated by a very thin skin and the absence of integumentary coloring, so delicate apples with a tart taste are best consumed immediately or make juices from them. It is recommended to strictly observe the timing of the harvest, because the fruits easily crumble and acquire a mealy taste. Apples of this variety are not very transportable, therefore they are grown mainly in summer cottages for personal use.

For a short and often not hot Russian summer, you need to select crops of early ripening, which include tomatoes "white filling". This proven variety was created a long time ago, in 1967, on the basis of such varieties of tomatoes as "Victor", "lighthouse", "Pushkin". Plants of this species are medium-sized (about 44 cm), they produce ripening fruit in a mass of 100-150 g with good taste. The resulting fruits are rounded, with a slight ribbing. The culture is perfectly adapted to lower temperatures, can be grown under the film and in the open ground. Seeds are planted on seedlings in early April, in May-June they can be placed in the ground, and the crop can be obtained somewhere in 110-115 days for certain varieties ("white filling-241" in the southern regions).

Tomatoes "white filling" have a dense skin, are resistant to cracking, therefore, are well transported. Their advantages also include sufficient resistance to late blight, which allows up to 8 kg of products per square meter to be obtained in protected ground. The culture needs two or three top dressings for the entire growing season, irrigation with warm water, as well as garter to vertical trellises in the formation phase of a single stem. Specialists classify tomatoes of this variety among the best for growing in Russia.
