Unemployment benefit

The minimum allowance is given to those who are employed for the first time, have not worked for more than a year, or have been dismissed with violations. Defined payments are made throughout the year. For those who are fired for violations or re-start their work after a long break - six months. You need to contact the exchange within 2 weeks after the dismissal. Directly at the labor exchange, a statement is written to recognize a citizen unemployed on a special form. All documents are recorded, and copies remain on the labor exchange. After 10 days, an answer is given. The inspector who oversees this citizen will offer vacancies in the specialty. Directions are given to the employer, who may refuse to work. In this case, after two weeks, the inspector must issue new directions in which it is necessary to obtain the consent or refusal of the employer.
What benefits are laid down for a layoff
When a citizen is reduced and subsequently registered with the employment exchange, he is entitled to payments equal to the average monthly salary until he gets a job. But the paid period cannot be more than two months from the moment of dismissal. In exceptional cases, according to the decision of the labor exchange, the employee may retain payment for the 3rd month.
The above option is possible only if, after the dismissal, the citizen was registered on the employment exchange for 2 weeks, but he was never employed. But the allowance will not be paid if a citizen is still registered at some enterprise for the period of seeking a job.

If a citizen was fired, then it is necessary to go to the labor exchange for registration within 2 weeks immediately after the dismissal. If previously the woman did not work, then she can register before reaching 30 weeks of pregnancy. Prior to this period, labor exchange benefits are paid according to general conditions. Registration takes place on the day of treatment.
Also, under general conditions, in two weeks she will be offered two options for vacancies or community service. If during pregnancy the goal is not to find a job, then you can learn for free in another specialty. In this case, it will be ideal for a woman.
