Exceptions to the Rules

Extra time and breaks
If during the match the score was never opened, or it was a tie, then usually an additional time is appointed, the so-called overtime. At the final stages of major championships (World Cup, for example), from one fourth overtime already extend to ten minutes of pure time. Then (again, with a tie), a bullit option follows. In the final game, when in the main time (sixty minutes) the score was not opened or it was nobody, overtime lasts until the first goal wasted. And it can be stretched for a long time.
