A patent for foreign citizens must be issued if a person intends to carry out any activity in the territory of a foreign country. The fact is that in this way the authorities can control what their guests are doing.
Why do I need to draw up this document?
Thanks to the patent, the inhabitants of our country have the opportunity to use the labor of citizens of another country, especially the former USSR states. At the same time, it does not matter at all what kind of work they perform: they are engaged in construction and trade. If a person has a patent for foreign citizens, then he can carry out his activities only with individuals.
The presented document has its advantages:
- any foreign citizen who is present in the country can issue it;
- the borrower does not have to stand long lines in the tax service, as well as other regulatory authorities;
- a person can draw up a document on their own, without involving intermediaries that can deceive;
- there is the possibility of increasing the duration of the patent.
It should be noted that the document can be used no more than one year from the date of its issue. Then it needs to be reissued. Naturally, the employee must pay a monthly advance payment of $ 30. A patent is issued to a foreign citizen within 10 days. Of course, there may be any serious circumstances that may delay its issuance. However, they should not last more than a month.
What documents do you need to provide for registration of the submitted permit?
In order to obtain a patent for foreign citizens, the migrant must present the following documents:
1. Identity card, which is recognized by the country's governing bodies.
2. Application for a patent.
3. The migrant’s card, in which there should be a mark of the border authority on the entry of this person into the territory of the state.
4. Information about what kind of activity a foreigner carries out with individuals. They must be provided in a specific form.
5. A receipt that confirms the payment of VAT in the form of an advance fixed payment.
6. Several 3 * 4 photos on high-quality photo paper. They must be colored.
7. A certificate stating that the foreigner is registered with the migration in the area where he will work.
8. A document that confirms the registration of a person in the tax service.
It should be noted that a patent for foreign citizens loses its validity if an advance payment is not made.
In what cases is the issuance of a document impossible?
There are certain circumstances in which this permission is not issued. Before obtaining a patent, a foreign citizen should understand these features. So, they do not issue a document if:
- a foreigner wants to register as a private entrepreneur;
- the migrant contributes to the violation of the law or the constitutional system of the state;
- a person plans any criminal acts or terrorist acts;
- a foreigner does not provide these documents.
If a decision is made on the forced eviction of a migrant outside the state, then the patent automatically terminates.
