A native of Moscow, Alexander Kushaev was born on March 8, 1973. He studied at a regular comprehensive school. In incomplete 23 years, having received the corresponding higher education, he came to television. Since 1996, he worked as a reporter for the Delovaya Rossiya program on the RTR television channel. The young man was extremely responsible for his position, he was always aware of the most important political, economic, and cultural events of the country. In the period from 2003 to 2007, the television operator worked in a leadership position as the head of the Cinema Screening Department of the Program Directorate of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company State Television Channel Rossiya Channel. Among other duties, he is engaged in government procurement and escort of foreign, less often significant, domestic film production. At this moment, Alexander comes to understand that the cinema of television and theater is gradually merging, and the majority of directors are based not only on history, but also on the possibilities of its implementation. Since the first autumn month of 2015, the TV man has been exclusively producing and assisting in the preparation of many Russian films and series. He did not understand why individual filmmakers are skeptical of melodramas, explaining his point of view with the conviction that the serial world has long stepped forward. The spineless, weak beauties who fell victim to circumstances were no longer interesting. They should be replaced by energetic, strong personalities, active women. The producer did not at all encourage the monopoly of feminism; he implied fortitude and harmony in the self-awareness of the heroines. According to Alexander, it is with such characters that Russians want to associate themselves. This is exactly what he saw the audience of the channel "Russian novel". Kushaev focused on the fact that the stories that filled the air, not only entertained, but also gave hope, inspired and contributed to a change for the better in the life of the audience.
