Russian film producer Alexander Narimanovich Kushaev, before taking the post of chief producer of the cinema screening service of the Rossiya TV channel, tried to realize himself in many ways, so he can confidently say that he knows all the components of Russian television.
Personality formation
A native of Moscow, Alexander Kushaev was born on March 8, 1973. He studied at a regular comprehensive school. In incomplete 23 years, having received the corresponding higher education, he came to television. Since 1996, he worked as a reporter for the Delovaya Rossiya program on the RTR television channel. The young man was extremely responsible for his position, he was always aware of the most important political, economic, and cultural events of the country. He was interested in the technical side of reporting, in preparation for the interview he was able to correctly compose questions.
The efforts of Alexander Kushaev were rewarded, since 1997 he took the position of director of the NTV television company in the program "Cinema News". Improving his professional skills, in 1998 he successfully graduated from the Higher Courses of Scriptwriters and Directors with the qualification âDocumentary Film Directingâ. Having established himself as a competent specialist, in 1998 Alexander received an offer to prove himself as the deputy head of the Cinema Channel of the RTR TV Channel, where he worked for 4 years.
April 2002 is considered a significant milestone in the career of Alexander Kushaev, he deservedly occupies the chair of the director of the Cinema Screening Service of the FSUE State Television and Radio Company âRossiya Channelâ.
Career
In the period from 2003 to 2007, the television operator worked in a leadership position as the head of the Cinema Screening Department of the Program Directorate of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company State Television Channel Rossiya Channel. Among other duties, he is engaged in government procurement and escort of foreign, less often significant, domestic film production. At this moment, Alexander comes to understand that the cinema of television and theater is gradually merging, and the majority of directors are based not only on history, but also on the possibilities of its implementation. This tendency made the TV man think about why in one case the budget and opportunities are growing, in the other - sometimes the quality is falling. He tried to understand why individual films shot for $ 50 million fail at the box office, and television films with a budget of $ 300-500 thousand are successful and are popular with the audience. Such thoughts led Alexander Kushaev to the post of chief producer of the cinema screening service of the Rossiya TV channel in 2008.

As a producer
Since the first autumn month of 2015, the TV man has been exclusively producing and assisting in the preparation of many Russian films and series. Producer Alexander Kushaev takes an active part in the launch of the serial channel âRussian novelâ. He did not understand why individual filmmakers are skeptical of melodramas, explaining his point of view with the conviction that the serial world has long stepped forward. After all, the popular love of âsoap operasâ arose even with the notorious âSlaves of Izauraâ, âSanta Barbaraâ and âJust Maryâ, gathering a multi-million audience. He was convinced that one should not be oriented toward the West in everything, but that the need of a domestic audience for benign women's stories should be satisfied.

Kushaev perfectly understood that the development of society does not stand still, so the images of serial heroines must also change. The spineless, weak beauties who fell victim to circumstances were no longer interesting. They should be replaced by energetic, strong personalities, active women. The producer did not at all encourage the monopoly of feminism; he implied fortitude and harmony in the self-awareness of the heroines. According to Alexander, it is with such characters that Russians want to associate themselves. This is exactly what he saw the audience of the channel "Russian novel". Kushaev focused on the fact that the stories that filled the air, not only entertained, but also gave hope, inspired and contributed to a change for the better in the life of the audience.
Informed policy
Alexander Kushaev, whose filmography as a producer has more than fifty films, assures that support for high-quality Russian cinema is a deliberate policy of the Rossiya TV channel. Of course, when a channel invests in the filmâs production process, it is interested in the maximum number of people visiting the movie theaters in which the tape is shown. Therefore, itâs not enough to help the authors begin to shoot the project, it needs to be adequately completed and conveyed to the audience. Currently, Alexander has a lot of different tools of influence, using them for good purposes. One of the significant projects released with the support of the producer is the Russian thriller âHow I Spent This Summerâ, before that the films âKandaharâ, âLove on Demandâ, âTale of the Darknessâ, âPaper Soldierâ produced by Alexander Kushaev were released and others. All of these paintings were of high quality and were successful. Currently, among other ideas, the producer takes part in the production of the television show âKitchen. Last fight".
