Oats for the liver

We all know that our liver is a very hardworking organ, cleanses the blood, works as a filter for the benefit of the whole organism. And who will clean the liver itself? One of the easiest and most effective ways to do this is to clean the liver with oats.

It is recommended to clean it with oatmeal, a decoction of oats, but you can also prepare an infusion of oats for the liver. To make such a healing drink, you need to take a liter of water and add one glass of oats to it. Cook over low heat until the initial amount of water is approximately halved. After the fluid has become less, it remains only to strain it. Optionally, add honey. Some recipes say that after adding honey, it is necessary to boil the liquid for a couple of minutes, in others - that it is not necessary. You can try both that and that way - the broth will not lose useful properties. Such a healing drink should be drunk a little (3-4 sips) throughout the day.

You can put a container of water and oats in the oven and let it simmer until 1/4 of the original amount of liquid evaporates. An infusion prepared in this way is recommended to be taken three to four times a day, two glasses each. The choleretic effect of this drink will not take long.

There is another way to use oats for the liver. To do this, you need water, oats, milk and honey. For one glass of oats, you need five glasses of water, and boil the water over low heat until the remaining one looks like liquid semolina or thick jelly. Then strain, add to the broth about two glasses of milk and boil again. And then boil for the third time, only with honey - you need to add it to taste. The resulting broth is best drunk warm or hot three times a day. In addition to the healing function of cleansing the body, it tastes very good and contains many calories.

Oat for the liver is useful in any form. It can be used sometimes for prevention, or systematically for treatment. So, for example, even with such a serious disease as hepatitis, it is recommended to take infused oats for a month.

Very useful and infusion of oats for the liver. You can take the same amount of oats, chicory, thyme and, for example, rose hips. Such a mixture is very useful not only for the liver, but also is part of the rehabilitation after diseases of the pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, heart and blood vessels.
