How to use the school library
When recording students of educational institutions in the library, the class composition of the class is used. Parents, teachers, other school employees present a passport to the librarian, only after that the form is issued, the educational and methodical literature is issued.
Re-registration of readers is carried out annually, graduates of the school are excluded, new reading leaves for first-graders are issued.
All participants in the educational process, registered in the school library, can receive multivolume publications in the volume of up to 2-3 books. There are certain periods of use of educational literature, set individually in each school. For example, textbooks, problem collections are issued for the school year.
Cognitive, popular science, fiction can be used for 30 days. For periodicals, as well as materials in high demand among readers, a period of use of up to five days is established.
Rare encyclopedias, reference manuals that are available in the library fund in a single copy, are allowed for use only in the reading room. All users of the library are required to comply with the basic rules, be careful with any print media: books, reference books, task books, encyclopedias.
It is forbidden to make notes in books, to tear out pages from them, to take out books from the library that are not included in the reading form. In case of violation of the rules for using library collections, the reader compensates for the damage caused, is excluded from the number of users.
Recording to the subscription, as well as to the reading room, is a voluntary procedure for each participant in the educational process, it is carried out individually.
