Memories of the times of kindergarten, school or university always cause a smile and a good mood. Then there were no difficulties, problems, daily household chores and worries about the family. Only an adult can think this way, but it seems to a child that nothing can be harder than studying.
How and where is it best to study?
School years are the most golden time in the life of every person. Here we grow, grow up; someone finds first love, while someone opens up new opportunities and shows great potential in any field. But how good is it to study at school and succeed in everything?
The subjects that children study in school are basic, and their presence gives the child the opportunity to comprehensively develop. The teacher gives only the basics, as if conducting an acquaintance of the student with this subject. In addition, the perception of information largely depends on the teacher himself. You should be extremely careful in the lessons, so as not to miss anything. After all, if you get distracted by classmates, dream about something, then the learning outcome will be zero. And then how to study well?
Students should adhere to this rule: if questions arise or something is incomprehensible (on a new topic or on the material covered), then it is better to raise your hand and ask again. Let the teacher once again explain to the student an incomprehensible example for him (task, rule, etc.). Having missed one trifle today, tomorrow it will be impossible to understand the following material. Children should not be afraid to seem stupid or underachieving, since the teacher’s job is to teach children, socially adapt them in a team and not suppress their personality.
Often one can hear parents ’claims:“ How can a child study well if the teacher is too strict? ” The nature of the teacher should not interfere with the learning process. If it is difficult for a child to perceive information from such a person, then one of the parents should deal with this issue. After all, it will be much clearer for children if the material is told by mom or dad. Moreover, teachers cannot be changed (but in extreme cases, you can think about changing the class or school).
Of course, the kids are not all the same. For each of the students, whether he is an excellent pupil or an inveterate loser, a special approach is needed to maximally attract him to the educational process. After all, every child is capable, just these abilities need to be considered and revealed.
But one teacher’s approach is not enough to answer the question of how to study well. Here you need to connect parental forces. When the child comes from school, ask him about what happened today, what he learned and saw new. And even if the information received does not relate to study, soon the child will begin to talk about the lessons too. Praise him and be patient. Children are very fond of when parents deal with them, especially when the educational process goes like a game.
Suppose you are doing math. For each correct answer, reward your child with candy, a toy, or an "excellent student star." Glue such stars on the wall by the bed. When the child goes to bed, he will notice them and understand that today he tried very well, and tomorrow he will try even better. It is by this principle that children must be accustomed to the educational process. After a while, the child himself will get used to studying without encouragement, will do well at school.
For a child to develop well, do not load it with sciences, endless reading, writing. It is much better to give it to some section, for example, to gymnastics, to a dance club or art school. Here, children communicate with peers, take a break from the educational process, but at the same time study other disciplines. Therefore, interest in learning will not disappear, because every day the child will learn something new.
