Incomplete secondary education is a completed education from grades 1 to 9 inclusive. At the end of the school year, according to the results of examinations, a certificate is issued with grades in all subjects that were from grade 5 to grade 9.
What to do to go to the 10th grade?
If a student wants to get a full secondary education (11 grades), then he needs to study well not only in grade 9. Starting from the 5th grade, it is worth seriously taking up studies so that in the future it is not difficult to catch up. Some subjects teach only one or two years, for example, fine arts, music, work. Perhaps the student is completely uninterested or does not need these items, but a good or excellent mark is necessary. Do not neglect first of all the Russian language and mathematics. In the 9th grade it will be very difficult to pull them up with tutors a couple of months before the exams. The certificate should be only with grades "4" and "5".
Many parents ask themselves: 9th grade - what kind of education? And they ask about it for a reason. Indeed, secondary special educational institutions and vocational schools accept those children and girls who have incomplete (basic / general) secondary education. What certificates are issued in the 9th grade now?
Starting from 2013-2014, schools began to issue certificates of a new type. Previously, such documents had a dark green color, both among those who graduated from grade 9 to one "five", and the "triplets." Now, excellent students can get a red certificate, and the rest - purple.
Grades are given starting from grade 5. Earlier we mentioned fine arts, music and work. These items were in grades 5 and 6. Grades on them are also put down in the certificate. Be sure to enter absolutely all the items that were in 7, 8, and 9 classes. It is no coincidence that parents and teachers tell their wards: “At least in grade 9, pull up math, Russian, and physics with chemistry!” The decisive mark will be the outcome for grade 9, as well as the results of the GIA. The certificate of incomplete secondary education is issued in the same way as in the 11th grade: solemnly in the assembly hall.
Will grades for 9th grade at the end of secondary education be important?
If a student goes further to grade 10, successfully passes exams, receives a certificate of maturity (full secondary education), then he will not need a certificate for grade 9. It does not play any role when entering a university. It can be useful only if the student has not pulled the 10th grade program or changed his mind. Then he can safely take a certificate for grade 9 and go to the admissions office of any technical school.
It is worth noting that incomplete secondary education is the only way to secondary secondary education, lyceum or another school. It is advisable to receive in the future a diploma of graduation from a secondary special vocational educational institution, since in it, in essence, there will be grades for grades 10-11. Any technical schools and colleges provide a program of complete secondary education.
Is it possible to become a professional with incomplete education?
The older generation remembers how, after graduating from 8 years of school (then they studied from 1st to 8th grade), they went to work as a house painter and some as a stove maker. Until the end of their life, they have an incomplete education. Unfortunately, at present, young people need to strive to get a full education and have a specialty. Without this, they can not even take a cleaner or a janitor. Maybe someone is lucky, but it’s better to have crusts.
If a modern ninth-grader has never managed to get anywhere, he has a chance to earn some money, for example, via the Internet. Often, employers or customers do not require to show a diploma, but ask to show their skills, portfolio. For example, to edit photos or videos, you do not have to have a special education. But still, most of the virtual professions are such that you cannot do without in-depth knowledge: programming, management, advertising, copywriting and others.
Finally, it is worth adding that in real life you can find a profession. More often lucky men. They can work as builders, stackers for private entrepreneurs. Large companies, as a rule, require at least a vocational school diploma. Women will have less chance. In general, incomplete secondary education is only an opportunity to receive a document for continuing education. It will not help in finding a job.
