The word "cellulite" has long been terrifying for many women: the ill-fated "orange peel" can spoil the mood of anyone! Still: seductive translucent outfits and mini pass into the category of “taboo”, because they demonstrate cellulite on the legs, the swimsuit is supplemented with pareo, in order to hide the loose skin ... Agree, an unpleasant picture! And, what a shame, men do not have cellulite ! But do not despair: there are effective folk remedies for cellulite!
The fight against cellulite should begin with a review of the diet. Moreover, it is worth revising in favor of the maximum simplicity and naturalness of the consumed products. Mayonnaise, fatty and highly fried foods, semi-finished foods, snacks (chips, crackers), sweet soda should be excluded: in general, all those foods that are very high in calories, but at the same time practically do not contain substances useful for the body. Preference should be given to natural products: fruits, vegetables, dairy products (low-fat), freshly squeezed juices, clean still water, lean meat, fish, cereals on the water.
Such a diet will accelerate the disposal of cellulite, which is already available and will prevent its appearance in the future. Also, the emotional state of a woman affects the appearance of cellulite: the more positive emotions, the correspondingly less likely the appearance of cellulite. Therefore - "Don’t worry, be happy!".
And now, in fact, folk remedies for cellulite, which already had the imprudence to appear!
1) Dry massage. To carry it out, you need a mitten or a brush on a long handle (to whom it is more convenient). The brush (or mitten) should move from the heels to the chest, paying particular attention to the area from the knees to the waist. The duration of the procedure is no more than five minutes. Then you can take a contrast shower.
2) Contrast shower. It will keep the skin in good shape by improving the microcirculation of blood in adipose tissue. During the procedure, showers should be moved from the legs to the heart, and always end with cold water.
3) An excellent folk remedy is a coffee scrub. In order to cook it, mix 100 grams of ground coffee with a tablespoon of vegetable oil (olive, corn or any other). Add 8 - 10 drops of essential oil with anti-cellulite effect (orange, grapefruit, bergamot, cinnamon, rosemary) to the resulting mixture. Mix well again. The resulting product should be applied to steamed skin and massaged in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes. Then take a contrast shower. You can do this procedure 2 to 3 times a week.
4) A good remedy, suitable even for dry and sensitive skin - carrot semolina. In order to cook it, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and mix it with semolina (in equal proportions). The course of "treatment" is 10 to 15 procedures. You can even carry them out daily.
5) Pinch massage. A very effective tool that allows not only to get rid of cellulite, but also to reduce the volume of the figure. You need to do it while standing, in addition, you can’t eat anything an hour before the massage and an hour after it. The skin should first be cleaned (take a shower) and apply a little massage agent (oil, lotion). Massage is performed simultaneously with two hands: the “roller” of the skin is captured by the thumbs and index fingers and “rolled” from the bottom up, and then from top to bottom. "Tweaks" in each problem area should be done at least 10 - 15 times. The indicator of the correctness of the massage is a slight (not excessive!) Redness of the skin.
These are the main folk remedies for cellulite, which do not require large material costs, but give an excellent effect. The key to the success of their use is enthusiasm and systematicity. And folk remedies for cellulite will give women a perfect body!
