How to plan the pedagogical process in kindergarten

Planning is one of the components of the managerial process in the work of the kindergarten. To plan the pedagogical process is to imagine in time a way of organizing the educational interaction of all employees of a preschool institution. The annual work plan is drawn up by the senior educator (methodologist) in coordination with medical workers, educators and approved by the head. The draft annual plan is preliminarily discussed at the council of educators, where everyone present has the right to make changes, express wishes, adjust work on its content, lead time, or propose other persons responsible for the implementation of a certain part of the plan.

The pedagogical process is created by educators for pupils with whom relationships are organized that stimulate and guide the development of preschool children, as well as facilitate their transfer to a new, more advanced level of functioning. To do this, at the end of the school year, teachers in groups conduct pedagogical diagnostics and determine the level of knowledge and skills of children in each educational area of the program for the upbringing and education of preschool children.

The methodologist analyzes the results of mastering the program by each age group and determines which areas of knowledge and for what reasons are the least mastered by children. The pedagogical process may be poorly equipped with means for organizing cognitive activity, or the very forms of its organization may be inadequate. The methodologist also analyzes the level of pedagogical competence of each teacher, on which the effectiveness of the process of education and cognition in kindergarten depends. The analysis allows us to draw conclusions about the need to strengthen pedagogical work in any field of knowledge with all participants in the pedagogical process: educators, parents, employees of the institution, children.

In order for the plan to cover a holistic pedagogical process, it is built on the basis of a structure consisting of six components:

1. The purpose of the annual plan should clearly represent the end result to which the pedagogical interaction will lead .

2. The principles should determine the main directions for achieving the goal: consistency, activity, scientific knowledge, nature-conforming, integration of educational areas, etc.

3. The content of the work is built taking into account what remains unfulfilled, not included in the experience of children and teachers in the previous stages of education.

4. The most effective methods are selected so that the content is easily absorbed and reproduced.

5. Funds are used both modern (computer presentations) and games available to preschoolers, but in sufficient quantities to transfer knowledge.

6. The most diverse forms of organizing children's activities are planned: games, development of projects, creation and discussion of situations, labor, classes.

The pedagogical process is the ability of the teacher to organize educational relationships during the game, during class, and when working with parents. Therefore, the annual work plan must necessarily include consultations, seminars and trainings for teachers, designed to increase their skill level. It is important to teach them how to plan the pedagogical process in the age group, based on the requirements of the education program, the annual plan of the institution, the general specifics of the kindergarten. The unity of plans of educators, methodologists, medical workers and specialists in further education helps to plan a process that allows you to achieve the best educational results.
