In the context of the educational process, teachers took a positive attitude towards this. But in the work team they don’t favor such people. No wonder it is said that the most thankless task is to give advice where they are not asked. To justify such an employee, you can simply not respond to his words. Lack of approval will play the role of a brake and make people more likely to keep their opinions to themselves.

In this situation, the employee has additional unplanned expenses that the company is obliged to return to him.
