The Labor Code of the Russian Federation establishes a provision that allows employers to make cash payments to their employees in the form of accrual of bonuses. These remunerations can be timed to coincide with the anniversary of the employee or company, as well as be financial incentives for quality work in a short time.
In order for the accounting of the business entity to make appropriate payments, it is necessary to draw up a bonus order. It is written by the head, chief accountant or human resources department. To draw up this order, the standard form T-11, as well as T-11a, is used.
First of all, in order to write an order on bonuses, it is necessary to determine the number of employees who will be paid cash payments. It is also important to clarify the type of material incentive. This will affect the design of this document.
A regular bonus order is issued based on the results of the month, quarter, and year. It should be replaced by a specially designed provision. In order to accrue a one-time incentive, a bonus order is drawn up, the form of which must meet the requirements of the State Statistics Committee of the Russian Federation, which are approved by a resolution adopted on January 5, two thousand and four.
If it is decided to accrue benefits to only one employee of the organization, then T-11 is used. The bonus order, a sample of which can be found on the Internet, is printed on the letterhead of the business entity. The text should indicate:
- FULL NAME. employee
- number on the report card;
- position;
- the reason for material incentives (anniversary, professional success);
- the amount of cash accruals (a certain amount of money or the size of a percentage of the salary).
A sample order for bonuses for two, as well as more employees, is contained in T-11a. This document has a table in which the full name is entered, as well as the positions of those employees who will be charged. The size of material incentives for team members may vary. In such a situation, the tabular form of the order should contain an additional column in which the amounts of bonus payments, or the corresponding percentages of salaries, are put down in numbers.
A document ordering the provision of material incentives for labor must contain a reason that was the reason for making this decision. In practice, a presentation for a cash payment, which is made in excess of the established wage, is submitted by the site managers to the personnel department in advance. This local document indicates the track record and a small description of the employee whom they want to reward financially. The basis for the bonus may be a service or memorandum, as well as a written application.
The form of the bonus order provides for the presence at the bottom of the document of the position and full name the head of the business entity. The obligatory requisite of the forms T-11, as well as T-11a, is a column containing confirmation of familiarization with the document of the awarded employee. After the bonus order is printed, the registration number and the date of its writing must be affixed on top. The signature of the head and its decoding must be done in person. The order must also be certified with the seal of the organization.
