This story broke into our lives several years ago when it began to be shown four times a week on the country's main television channel. And although our viewer was somewhat spoiled by detective tapes of both foreign and domestic production, this series seemed like a breath of fresh spring air, a light aromatic breeze with a touch of novelty and famously twisted moves.
Both actors and roles are talented and interesting. "Trail" is the brainchild of the last decade. It refers to the staff of the invented organization - the Federal Expert Service (FES).
The storyline of the series
A certain Federal expert service brings together the most talented specialists in various fields. Her team consists of field investigators and programmers, forensic experts and ballistics. The service can carry out the whole huge range of any necessary examinations and various studies. Her responsibilities also include the investigation of numerous serious crimes. Anyone in need can ask for help here. This applies not only to people with solid epaulettes, investigators from the prosecutor's office, but even ordinary investigators or young district police officers. The series "Trace", actors and roles, which are perfectly selected, shows each case as a separate full-length film.
Experimental assistant
FES was once created only as a specific experiment. Her team is able to train young professionals, break in new equipment and provide serious support in solving crimes to some other special services. The FES laboratory is equipped with the latest technology. So the series “Trace” was originally conceived, the actors and the roles played by them perfectly conveyed the whole atmosphere and human relations within each story.
Each member of her team in his field is a talented, unique specialist. In each 39-minute short film, FES employees investigate rather complex and serious cases, and all those responsible for committing a crime are put out into the open.
Chief and his deputy
To lead a serious and responsible service was entrusted to the doctor of medical sciences Galina Rogozina (the role of actress Olga Koposova). According to the storyline, she is a widow who lost her beloved husband in Chechnya. And now she devoted her whole life to work - a laboratory, which now replaces everything to her, being her favorite brainchild. At first, she seemed to the staff to be a very strict and serious person, but after even a short conversation with her subordinates were ready to sacrifice lunch breaks and days off in favor of work. There was a very big casting for this role, because they were looking for not only a strict and smart, but also a beautiful woman. The actress at the beginning of work on the role doubted whether she would be able to cope with her. But all around convinced her that the hit was one hundred percent. And now no one doubts that the choice was initially right, because no one else represents another Rogozin.
Deputy Rogozina in the series was Major Nikolai Kruglov (the role of actor Vladimir Tashlykov). As a rule, he does not participate in research conducted in an experimental laboratory, preferring to participate in interrogations and work at the crime scene. According to the scenario, Kruglov is an operative with considerable experience, he is rather cruel, he sees his work in his own way, he is ready to defend his opinion, no matter what. Being the former lover of his boss - Galina Rogozina, he almost constantly, sometimes even frantically, tries his best to regain her former feelings for herself.

"Specialists" go to business
The filming process continued for a long time. Despite the fact that the creators of the series “Trace” are actors and roles, performed by them, carefully prepared and outlined, it was stipulated in advance that this solid organization was fictitious. Not all viewers, who are more or less fans of the picture, realized the fact that the expert service shown to them on the screen, despite all the credibility, is still fake. Therefore, at first a lot of complaint letters with requests for help came precisely to the FES.
In the Primorsky Territory, the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate even appealed to local residents with a call to beware of scammers who impudently impersonated themselves as experts for a long time. And in Sterlitamak, the police detained a criminal who, also, introducing himself as a member of the FES team, took away mobile phones from children and adolescents.
Serious and tedious filming process
Throughout the long shooting process, which took place quite intensively, at least six to eight episodes were filmed in parallel. The very first months of painstaking work on the picture were taken approximately eighteen hours daily. A little later, this time was reduced to twelve hours. Interesting and neat images were written out, the actors and roles (“Trace” is therefore so popular) played accordingly. Therefore, each episode was perfected. It was very tiring even for the strongest and most persistent actors. Many of them, even those who were in leading roles, simply physically could not stand such a marathon, so they gradually left this project, no matter how much they wanted to stay in it. By the way, one cannot but pay attention to the fact that when they were preparing about the 450th episode, more than three and a half thousand actors appeared in the film.
The Rubicon was never crossed. Until
Even the five hundredth series (the first big anniversary of the tape) was not an approximation to the end of filming. Work on the series was in full swing. And in the 450th series, which was already mentioned earlier, a new main character appears - another employee of the expert service, pathologist Boris Selivanov. Actors and the role of "Trace" replenished with a new actor and hero. This series told about the investigation by the FES specialists of the case of the venereologist Lidia Razumova. While working on it, the doctors found some data on the dancers from the strip club in the computer. Along with the investigation, the daughter-in-law of the deceased disappears without a trace. Representatives of the FES are now obliged to find out whether these events are interconnected, and who is the killer of the doctor. In this situation, Selivanov will help them. The series "Trace", the actors and roles of 2015 in which they remained basically in the same composition familiar to the audience, continued to bring people faith in justice.
Those viewers who watched what was happening on the screen all the time immediately realized that this actor (Oleg Valkman) was new in this huge project. He appeared in the team only in the spring. The actor starred in many other series - "Thunder", "Shtrafbat" and others. But he had already visited the set of Sled once: in one story, he played a businessman. Valkman was noticed by the director and was invited to a permanent job.
In one of the interviews, the actor shared with journalists his impressions of the shooting and that in life he is slightly different from his character. Oleg Valkman himself can easily faint from one type of blood. And here is how Boris Selivanov he easily dissects actors in makeup who portray victims of various crimes. The actor jokes that he understands: what is happening in the frame is a movie, and all this is for fun. In addition, it would be simply indecent to show weakness when his character in the script passed Chechnya and Afghanistan, was captured and was repeatedly wounded.
Curiosities on the set
Even on the set of the most serious (and maybe even a tragic film), it’s impossible to do without ridiculous cases. The series "Trail" was no exception. Actors and roles, the women who embodied them, were often subjected to such jokes. Alla Dankova, who embodied on the screen pathologist Valentina Antonova, according to the scenario of one of the series, was supposed to approach the "corpse" depicted by the young artist. He made fun of the girl: having opened his eyes at the most inopportune moment, he asked Valentina what kind of “client” he was with her. Despite the already inoperative mood that reigned on the site, Antonova began to quickly make calculations in her mind. She counted as many as ten. This one was "jubilee." They laughed for a long time at this fact.
The next time, a curiosity occurred in a place that, it seemed, was not originally intended for jokes - in a built morgue. One of the assistants, an avid sleepyhead, decided to rest during the lunch break and inadvertently fell asleep, covered with a sheet with his head. When filming had already begun, they searched for him for a long time, until they heard very loud snoring in the radio. The young man just lost track of time. He was almost deprived of the prize for having to suspend the filming process.

While the shooting was underway, the actors of “Trace” - the series, in which the main roles brought them fame, experienced changes in their personal lives. Tatyana Isakova, who played the role of Daria Maximova in the series, left the set when she found out that she was expecting a baby. But with Elena Golovizina (the role of senior lieutenant Elena Shustova) and Sergei Pioro (in the series the role of Igor Shustov), the baby appeared almost during the filming.
Such changes were experienced by the actors of “Trace” - the series in which they played the main roles. But Olga Koposova, - in the series the head of the Federal Expert Service - not all the changes were rosy. Having lived with her beloved husband Vlad for ten years and having given birth to a son Glebushka, she found out about the presence of another woman in her husband’s life. She could not forgive and filed for divorce. Later there was a meeting with a new lover, who helped her a little to heal a spiritual wound. But relations with him did not work out. The actress is not discouraged, because at 45, she still has so much more to come.
Yes, not everything was so smooth outside the set of the series "Track". Actors and roles, women and men - everyone who starred here, everything that was shown on the screen will remain in the memory of the film crew. People were happy and not so happy, fell in love and parted, rejoiced at a banal smile and were sad because it was raining outside. But due to the fact that at the right time everyone could get together and fulfill everything that the director had set, such a magnificent series turned out.
Major in a Biker Jacket
But the actor who performed one of the most striking (especially in the opinion of young spectators) roles of GRU Major Sergei Maysky in the series, Pavel Shuvaev not only plays in films and series. He is also closely connected with another path of art: Pavel is a musician, and besides, he sings in the band “ODDISS”. When the young man went into the test series, he immediately informed the management that he wants to leave his image until the end of work on the set. After conferring and deciding to preserve such a colorful character, the producers allowed Shuvaev to leave everything as it is: an earring, long hair and a jacket-jacket. That is how he was remembered in the series “Trace”, the actors and roles of 2015 in which were still loved by the audience. In the same way as a few years ago, when the series was just released, when the audience had just begun to get acquainted with its characters.
Belief in justice

Yes, this is not surprising, because often the stories described in it concerned someone sitting on this side of the screen.
The film “Trace” became unusual even for a modern audience, the actors and roles played by them, it must be said quite talented, showed all the ins and outs of a fictional, but very necessary service for people. Each artist was selected very carefully, passing a serious casting. And this was the first link to the success of the film.
