This is approximately 70-75 milliliters per 1 kilogram of weight. With this calculation, food is taken into account, in which there is also liquid. But the need can sometimes be higher. It depends on the environment, food consumed and the individual state of the body.
If a person does not have enough water for a long time, this can lead to serious consequences. The work of the nervous system will suffer, the activity of mental processes will be disrupted, and this can lead to convulsions, hallucinations (this symptom can often be observed in films about deserts when people see mirages), breakdowns, and even frequent loss of consciousness. Since the vital organ - the lungs - for the most part consists of water, disturbances also occur in the respiratory system. The work of the heart also suffers. And this can even lead to death.
But the fluid search in the body is also not so useful. From how many percent of water in a person depends on his well-being. First of all, the kidneys suffer due to the heavy load. If you drink a lot of water for a long time, inflammatory processes and other serious diseases can begin in the kidneys.
How much percent of water in a person also directly depends on the amount of fat. In fat people, there is less water, and in thin people, the percentage of liquid is greater. It is not for nothing that a whole method of losing weight with the help of water has been developed. Pure water without any impurities does not contain any calories, it does not contain fat and cholesterol. It is able to reduce appetite, helps the body in self-cleaning, not only from excessive wastes, but also from overweight. Therefore, it is necessary to drink at least one and a half to two liters a day. But remember: fluid is liquid. Any juices, black tea, coffee, carbonated drinks and alcohol are not able to replace water. Rather, on the contrary, for them to absorb, the body needs water. If you do not like to drink it, substitute green tea or drinks that help maintain an optimal water balance in the body.
