“Jobs: Empire of Temptation” (2013) is a film directed by Joshua director Michael Stern, scripted by Matt Whiteli. The film tells about the 27 years of the life of the great man, the founder of Apple. His name is associated with the high-tech revolution. This is Steve Jobs. “Empire of Temptation” - this is his company, created by overwork and sparkling thought of a brilliant person, his desire to achieve unprecedented heights in the field of computer technology and to direct their benefit to the service of the human mind.
This is a story about a man who survived the ups, downs, and betrayal, but did not give up his ideas. Apple is not just a company and its offspring, it is a whole philosophy with its followers and admirers. Jobs, like Jesus, led the world into the unknown, putting at the feet of mankind all his temptations, creating a literally new religion under the name "Apple". The film "Jobs: Empire of Temptation" tells exactly about this man.
Reviews of critics and film enthusiasts about the movie were divided. Someone expresses the opinion that, in general, the film, which tells about the life of a genius, was a success. But many film critics believe that the authors could not directly convey the image of Jobs himself. Not the founder of the company and the outstanding computer genius, namely the person.

According to some, the film turned out like a Chinese iPhone - this is a crude fake, a parody. Many do not recommend watching the movie "Jobs: Empire of Temptation." Reviews about the game Ashton Kutcher, who played the main role, also vary. The young actor, who is used to seeing recently in rather light melodramatic films in the role of a conqueror of female hearts, does not look at all in the role of a man filled with ideas. It does not have that inner spark that illuminated the whole nature of Jobs, making him an outstanding person. Not happy, in general, the game and the entire cast of the film "Jobs: Empire of Temptation." Reviews of successfully performed roles in this film are practically absent. Is that Dermot Mulroney kept his bar, once again confirming that he deserves the glory of an excellent lyceum. However, in a series of these negative comments, I would still like to note the work of the make-up artist. To be able to age Ashton Kutcher, giving him facial features that are recognizable not just by many, but by everyone who has at least somehow encountered computer technology, may have been easy, Ashton is very similar to his hero. But the film is about a rather long period of time of 27 years, from 1974 to 2011, and make-up artists beat every time period just fine. Perhaps, thanks to them, as well as the work of the operator of the film "Jobs: Empire of Temptation", the reviews, mostly negative, do not sound so depressing.

Be that as it may, the film has its fans. They praise the work of both the scriptwriter, the cameraman, and the cast, who managed to convey all the tension of the situation that developed at some point around the company of the great master, who became both a genius and a villain of his time.
