Manual facial cleansing at home

Everyone knows that facial skin requires special care. It is daily exposed to the negative effects of the environment, repeated washing, touching. This and much more makes its color dull, causing imperfections, as well as premature wilting. To avoid all this, regular face cleaning at home or in the salon is necessary. It can be done manually or using special equipment. It is quite difficult to single out one of the methods, because only each person can determine the effectiveness of each of them. The main question of all people: how often do face cleansing? With normal skin type, it is worthwhile to limit yourself to one procedure every six months. If the skin is oily or problematic, then it can be increased up to 2-3 times.

Any facial cleansing begins with a make-up remover - removal of cosmetics from the skin. The cleansing process occurs using special tools selected individually. Then a soft scrub removes residual dirt. They need to massage the surface of the epidermis for at least one minute. For problematic and oily skin, scrub is contraindicated, so you need to give preference to film masks. After this, a steam bath is prepared, which will open the pores. For it, you need to boil about 2 liters of water in a small saucepan. You can add herbs to boiling water, which will have a beneficial effect on the face. The head is lowered over the pan and covered with a large terry towel so that there are no gaps. In this position, you need to stay for 15 minutes. After 3 minutes, the face begins to sweat heavily, it needs to be blotted with a clean towel, while you can not rub it or just wipe it, because the skin can be injured. After this, the manual face peeling itself begins, that is, while the pores are maximally opened, it is necessary to remove any dirt from them by squeezing them on both sides simultaneously. It is very important to carry out all work at this stage with clean hands that are wiped with an alcohol swab. Ideally, the fingers should be wrapped in gauze soaked in salicylic acid in an alcohol solution. This will protect the skin from getting bacteria in it, which can cause irreparable consequences.

At the final stage, it is cleaned with a tonic, narrowing the pores, and then a mask is applied. If facial cleansing is carried out at home, then you can prepare it yourself. To do this, you need chips of baby soap and baking soda. The soap softens in water and is applied to the face, then soda is carefully laid out on it. The whole mixture lasts about 20 minutes. At this moment, a slight tingling and burning of the skin is felt, which then disappears without a trace. After the mask should be washed off with warm water, and apply cream on the face. After cleaning, it is not recommended to go outside for three hours. The skin should rest and calm down, because at this moment it is as vulnerable as possible to the environment. It is important during the procedure to wipe the face periodically with a three percent solution of hydrogen peroxide. This loosens the skin cells and helps to cleanse it.

Cleaning can be done at home and using a special vacuum apparatus. It is sold in specialized stores. The principle of its operation is similar to an ordinary vacuum cleaner. It draws dirt from the skin with the help of a vacuum. There is a mechanical analogue of a vacuum apparatus, which is much cheaper. Its use requires special knowledge, their absence can adversely affect the condition of the skin and lead to disastrous consequences. Properly cleansed face can give the skin health and beauty.
