Compliance with safety regulations is an essential condition that must be met by both the employer and staff, and by children in schools. Especially children. This applies to all places of common visits: cafes and restaurants, schools and kindergartens, courthouses and shops. There is no such thing as general safety regulations. For various enterprises, organizations and other places of crowding and labor of people specific rules are established for compliance
security. Children often do not worry about being careful in schools. Therefore, future teachers are required to study such a subject as life safety and labor. First of all, these rules should be known to teachers, and secondly to students.
General safety regulations at school
Oddly enough, even following the most seemingly mundane rules protects students from accidents and injuries. So, the student will be safe if:
- comes to classes in advance, takes her time, calmly reaches her place in the classroom;
- visits (and enters) the office of labor only with the permission of the head;
- thoroughly washes his hands before culinary (if any) classes;
- does not fidget in a chair, does not leave his seat until the end of the lesson;
- behaves attentively and calmly in the classroom, starting and finishing work only with the permission of the teacher;
- without touching the teacher’s permission, he does not touch objects with which he was previously not familiar (rulers, protractors, flasks, etc.);
- children do not use school details for games (this is also stipulated by safety rules);
- correctly uses the tools, under the careful supervision of a teacher;
- complies with the rules for storing personal items in the classroom and other classrooms of the school;
- Doesn’t bring stabbing / cutting objects to school, keeps clean at the desk and in a personal locker;
- not distracted by conversations with other students while using special tools;
Finally, school safety regulations preclude the presence of students in classes during breaks.
The most “dangerous” classrooms in the school are physics and chemistry laboratories. Oddly enough, high school students violate order more often than primary school children. Therefore, the general safety rules in the chemistry room are set out for all schools as a separate column. So:
- in no case should you "try the tongue" of the substance, as well as smell them at close range;
- in order to avoid injuries, silence and order should be maintained at the desk of each student;
- when working with certain chemicals it is necessary to wear protective gloves; substances must not be allowed to enter the open skin of the hands and body;
- each vessel with reagents must be signed, kept clean;
- when working with substances in test tubes, they should be supported with one hand behind the bottom, with the other by the neck;
- safety precautions in this case also include competent handling of test tubes and flasks: do not direct them with openings at yourself and others;
- used substances must be poured into containers specially allocated for this, and not into sinks.
Compliance with all of the above rules will protect children.
