Loading and unloading mechanisms are built on the principle of suction cups for thin sheets of metal or clamping grippers, pulling thick workpieces along the rollers. The whole process can be done automatically. The operator's task will only be to ensure control of the dimensions of the finished parts and replenishment of the loading tray with materials for processing.
Control systems
The coordinate principle of the machine allowed to achieve productivity up to 1000 parts per hour and above. No hydraulic press can compare with this. - "Balt-systems" - domestic-made CNC, the most economical option, limited functionality.

Customers choose for themselves according to the ease of use and the principle of uniformity of spare parts in production. If the workshop already has a couple of machines on the Fanuc system, it is more rational to install similar equipment on other new models.
