Plot

The trail leads to the Eternal City - Rome, where our restless hero sets off, requisitioning a luxurious Aston Martin car stuffed with wonders of technology in the garage of his department. Using the information received, Bond gets into a secret meeting of criminal structures, where he is recognized by one of the leaders of the criminal world. At the cost of incredible efforts, James manages to escape from the chase.
As the agent managed to find out during his short visit to the Italian capital, he managed to step on the tail of an incredibly powerful organization called Spectrum. The one, led by ambitious leader Franz Oberhauser, intends to seize power on the entire planet with the help of the ingenious Ninth Eye program. The criminals plan to take control of all the security forces, and destroy the British intelligence agency, of which Bond is a staff member. Relative feelings hinder James from dealing with this matter with a cold head, because, as it turned out, the villain Oberhauser is his half-brother - the son of his adoptive father Bond, whom the agent respected with all his heart.
