Electrical appliances and office equipment
In the course of his activities in the operation of computers, printers, copiers, scanners, lighting and other devices, the employee must check:
- Serviceability of electric fuses and circuit breakers.
- No damage to the insulating winding of the wiring, switches, lamps and lampholders, sockets, cables and cords through which the devices are turned on.
For boiling and heating water, the worker must use electrical appliances with closed spirals, equipped with automatic shutdown mechanisms mounted on fireproof stands.
Bans
Not allowed:
- Use faulty appliances and operate damaged wiring.
- Clean the lights and lighting equipment on.
- Hang wires on nails, wooden or metal objects, twist them, lay them on heating radiators and water pipes, pull the plug from the socket by the cord, hang something on the cables.
- Use electrical appliances designed for indoor or outdoor use.
- At the same time, touch PC and devices that have grounding, bare wires, not fenced current-carrying elements of devices, instruments, apparatuses.
- Use home-made electric heating equipment.
End of the day
At the end of the shift should:
- Put your place of work in order. To remove excess objects, to lay down papers, to wipe dust.
- Disconnect equipment.
- In the case of a shift schedule, take the place in working condition.
