Then again you pay a visit to the traffic police. Since 1.03.11, the rights of a new type, plastic, with automated manufacturing at the place of receipt, have been issued in the territory of the Russian Federation. The photograph is taken on the spot, and the state duty will have to be paid 800 rubles in any case.
