Passengers are considered one of the most economical ways of organizing trade, since placing a store (boutique, store) in a special building allows the owner to reduce rental and maintenance costs.

The complex under the Frunzensky Bridge (19 Berezovsky Street) was founded in 2007 and today is one of the most visited shopping and entertainment centers in Omsk. Every day, an average of 6,000 people visit it. The working hours of the Triumph stores are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Opening hours of a supermarket with a separate entrance are extended to 23 hours. In addition to shops, Triumph has cafes, pizzerias and restaurants.
