Anton Yuryevich Fedorov was born in 1961 in the city of Kuibyshev in an ordinary Soviet family. He began his career as a toolmaker after receiving secondary education. In 1994, Anton Yuryevich was elected to the State Duma on the list of United Democratic Parties “Russia's Choice”. Beginning of a civil servant career
Fedorov Anton Yuryevich came to the Kremlin administration in April 1993, when, according to the adopted Constitution, a body was created under the president to ensure the implementation of his broad powers. In one of the structural divisions of the administration responsible for the president’s interaction with federal and local authorities, Fedorov became deputy head, providing representation in the Supreme Council and staffing representatives of the president in the field. In this position he remained until January 1996. In order to implement Boris Yeltsin’s Decree “On State Support of Small Business”, a Committee was created in 1995.
