Natural Cosmetics: Kiwi Face Mask

Despite the variety of cosmetics on offer, proven homemade recipes made from natural ingredients are still popular. There are many reasons for this. A home mask is easy to prepare from components that are often at hand, which saves time. In addition, masks with natural ingredients are no less effective than expensive publicity products. There are many recipes for home care products, many of which traditionally use fresh berries and fruits, rich in trace elements and vitamins, and most importantly, containing fruit acids.

Recently, in addition to the usual fruits and berries, kiwi that were once exotic for us are also used in home recipes. Facial masks with kiwi are popular, due to the high content in the fruits of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, fruit acids, vitamin C, which helps to restore collagen. Fruit acids help to effectively cleanse the skin and perfectly remove dead skin cells, which is why kiwi pulp is often one of the components of fruit peels.

Kiwi mask perfectly nourishes, tones, refreshes and whitens the skin, and thanks to the antibacterial effect of fruits, it can also be used for skin inflammation.
Kiwi can be used as a skin care product in its purest form. For example, peel and cut the fruit into circles, which are then applied to the face, you can also wipe the skin with freshly squeezed juice. And if you cook pulp from pulp, you get a mask of kiwi for the face with a cleansing effect. Due to the content of small grains in the pulp, it can be used as a scrub. A mask made of kiwi for the face can be useful for any type of skin, moreover, such masks, unlike, for example, strawberry ones, can be used all year round.
Whitening masks
To obtain a scrub mask, knead half a kiwi with poppy seeds (1/2 teaspoon). The mixture is rubbed into the skin for 2 minutes, then left on the face for another 20 minutes. The mask not only whitens the skin, but also relieves irritation, soothes and cleanses.

Another kiwi whitening face mask . Mix a teaspoon of sour cream with a tablespoon of kiwi pulp. The mask is applied only to cleansed skin, hold for 15 minutes, rinse it off with boiled water.

Nourishing mask
Peel half a banana and one kiwi fruit and grind. To the resulting puree add yogurt (2 tbsp. Tablespoons). The mask is applied to the face with a thick layer for 20 minutes. Then it is washed off with boiled water.

Moisturizing mask

Kiwi pulp and cottage cheese are taken in equal proportions and thoroughly mixed. Apply the mask to cleansed skin, hold for 20 minutes. To remove the mask use water at room temperature.

Mask for oily skin

Thoroughly mix and grind grated horseradish, lemon pulp and kiwi pulp (one tablespoon each). Apply the resulting mixture for 10 minutes on a clean face. It is better to wash off this mask with cool water.

Mask for combination skin
To prepare the mixture you will need egg white, a tablespoon of green clay and olive oil, 1 kiwi pulp. Beat the protein, mix all the ingredients. This mask is applied from kiwi for the face for 10 minutes, it must be washed off with cool water.

Mask for aging skin
This mask, with regular use, can slow down the aging process. The mixture is prepared from the pulp of a half of kiwi and a teaspoon of quality honey. The composition is applied for 20 minutes, removed with warm water.

Mask for dry skin
Mix olive oil and kiwi juice in equal proportions, add egg yolk. The mixture is applied for 20 minutes. Kiwi juice in the mask will help to improve blood circulation, and olive oil perfectly nourishes the skin.

Mask for normal skin
Take a tablespoon of kiwi juice and low-fat cottage cheese, the composition is thoroughly mixed. The mixture is applied for 15 minutes, rinse off with warm water.

Mask for all skin types
Mix a tablespoon of almond oil and orange juice, add kefir (2 tbsp. Tablespoons), grated carrots, and kiwi pulp. If the mixture turns out to be excessively liquid, add small oatmeal. The mask should be left on the face until dry, rinse better with cool water.
