Biography Facts
Panich Julian Alexandrovich was born in May 1931 in the city of Zinovievsk in Ukraine in the family of a military doctor. Since 1946 he lived in Moscow, where in 1954 he successfully graduated from the Shchukin Theater School. This educational institution was graduated by many prominent actors and directors, it is considered to be a very good starting position for further professional growth. Julian Panich began his acting career at the Pushkin Moscow Theater. And in the early sixties he continued it in Lenkom in the city of Leningrad.
Several times the young actor tried his hand at other theater groups. And in parallel with the work in the theater, the career of Julian Panich in the status of film actor and director is developing.
In cinema and on television
In total, Julian Panich played about a dozen roles in the movie. He himself is very reserved about his achievements in this area. And considers only the role of Fedor Morozov from the film "Different Fates" to be his unconditional luck. Despite the obvious dramatic weakness of this work, it has several bright characters. Emigration

His emigration was provoked by intelligence agencies who suspected Panich in connection with Zionist organizations. And this in the Soviet Union was the basis for the ban on the profession. But in Israel, Julian Panich was delayed for a very short time. From there, he moved to the United States, then to Germany. And for permanent residence he chooses France.
At that time, many prominent representatives of Russian culture and literature constantly lived and worked in this country. Some of them have settled in Paris since the First World War and the Revolution. The fact that in the capital of France in the second half of the twentieth century several literary magazines in Russian appeared and books of writers of Russian foreign countries were published in significant editions was significant.
On the radio "Freedom"
Yulian Panich really found himself only as a journalist for the Liberty radio station. In this system, he is destined to work for several decades. And Panich began his career on the radio as a permanent host of literary programs. He had the opportunity to voice on air many works that made up the golden fund of Russian literature of the twentieth century. First of all, it’s the “Gulag Archipelago” by Alexander Solzhenitsyn, “The Soldier Ivan Chonkin” by Vladimir Voinovich, the poem “Moscow-Petushki” by Venedikt Erofeev. As well as the works of Vladimir Maximov, Vasily Grossman and many other authors, whose work was not accessible to readers in the Soviet Union.
