The beginning of life

Creative achievements
Boris Vasilyevich Tokarev starred in several films, while still studying at VGIK. Quite successful was his work in the film "Fidelity." Of course, it was just an episodic role, but even he played it with ease and charm. The audience could not help but notice the handsome young man on the screen.
After receiving a diploma, the aspiring actor directs his feet to the Theater of the Soviet Army. But he worked there only a year. His true calling has always been cinema. It was the sparkling lens of the movie camera that fascinated him much more than the shadow of the theater wings. And the cinema, as if sensing the location of a young man, opened his friendly arms to him.
Over the course of a couple of three years, Boris Vasilyevich Tokarev managed to star in films of various directions. Military adventure films and musical dramas, military films and film novels were added to his creative piggy bank. And in every picture he was inimitable and sincere.
Queen of his heart
With his future wife Boris Tokarev, films whom throughout his creative career were and remain loved by millions of viewers of different generations, met during the filming of a youth film story by Edmond Keosayan. Both of them then barely turned fifteen.
