Managerial managerial culture: the difficult role of a flagship

The modern life of the leader is rich and multifaceted, he has to solve several problems at the same time and at the same time meet the high management culture, which is very in demand in modern society. The culture of entrepreneurship in Russia is reaching a new level of development, so managers who are able to clearly and efficiently solve assigned tasks, bring them to the team, manage and coordinate the work of the company are highly valued.

The managerial managerial culture is based on certain standards:

- legal norms. Like all employees of the enterprise, the head has rights and obligations, his activity is regulated by regulatory acts, which he must know and observe well.

- moral standards imply that the boss is not equated with a deity, he must also have morality, ethics and morality.

- organizational norms determine the various organizational plan norms adopted by the organization, the mode and schedule of work of units and the organization as a whole, internal rules , etc.

- economic standards are based on the economic activities of the organization.

The professional and moral development of the leader, his work ethic, and management traditions are the managerial culture of the leader, which includes several "subcultures":

1. Personal culture implies a form of communication with subordinates, personal hygiene, a neat appearance, skill level, etc.

2. Strict planning of personal and working time. The managerial culture of a leader is inconceivable without a clear goal setting and workday planning. A competent and assembled leader must find time to work with staff, address emerging issues and adjust goals in connection with changing tasks, meetings with heads of departments, meetings, negotiations, etc.

3. The culture of negotiations, meetings, meetings, etc., follows from here.

4. Culture of personal conversations with employees on any issues. The ability to listen and make the right decision is especially appreciated.

5. Culture work with documents and letters. The head must establish a clear workflow in his organization. All important letters and papers must be brought to the attention of responsible employees. All emails must be answered promptly. The most important thing is performance control.

6. The culture of oratory. Since the leader spends most of the time communicating with his subordinates, the ability to correctly express his thoughts and convey to the interlocutor the main idea needs to be constantly developed.

7. Modern management culture also includes workplace culture. The leader’s desk should not be constantly littered with piles of papers in which all important documents will certainly be lost. The main current documents are all that the boss should have on the table. In appearance of the table, the visitor has a first impression of the leader. In addition, all the furniture in the manager’s office should be new, and the flowers should have a well-groomed and flowering appearance.

The managerial managerial culture is most often seen as personnel management styles: authoritarian, democratic (or a variant of it is a cooperative style), individually situational, and liberal. Each style has its own advantages and disadvantages. In its pure form, management styles are practically not found, rather, only mixed forms take place with the predominance of the features of one of the styles. It is best to choose a management style for a particular situation or personality of a subordinate. And, contrary to popular belief, the choice of style does not depend on the gender of the leader, but rather on his character, personal experience, temperament and self-confidence.
