How to draw up a teacher board protocol

Each institution, in addition to managing the facility, also has its own internal self-government bodies, which are created from ordinary ordinary workers and are called upon to solve everyday issues and make urgent decisions. A similar body is the pedagogical council in schools and preschool institutions, i.e. kindergartens.

Who is it?

The Pedagogical Council (in short - the pedagogical council) is a self-governing body of employees of a certain educational institution. The teachers' council includes representatives of various ranks - teachers, educators, head teachers and even the director. In special situations, employees from other educational institutions, as well as experts in the field of education, who help in solving certain issues and find solutions to difficult, difficult situations, can also be invited to meetings. Each teacher's council has a clearly formulated goal, which is planned to be achieved as a result. The protocol of the teacher's council is an official document confirming the past meeting. This year they are all stored in an accessible place for everyone, then they are handed over to the archive.

About Protocol

The protocol of the teacher council does not have a clearly approved form, but there is an approximate structure for the design of such a document. So, it is important that the secretary of the pedagogical council, which keeps all notes in the course of consideration of issues, records almost everything that is said at the meeting. This is necessary so that when making decisions there should be no conflict situations over who said what and if said at all. Also, all members of the meeting should be recorded in the minutes in order to know who made the decision about a particular issue important for the school or the DOE.

Structure

As already mentioned, the protocol of the teacher's council should carry information about everything that happened at the meeting. So, the structure itself provides that the protocol begins with information on the frequency, i.e. what kind of protocol is this year, next is the date of the meeting. Be sure to indicate the name of the head, as well as the secretary, who keeps all the records, a list of all those present is created. Then you can paint the agenda. But this is not necessary, because further on each issue the essence of its solution will be described. Regarding the issues to be resolved, you need to remember that it is necessary to prescribe two mandatory points: “Listened” - information about who spoke and what was told, as well as “Decided” - the decision of the whole team, which indicates what they decided, how they voted, how many people were “for ”,“ Against ”, how many“ abstained. ” And so on every issue. The entire protocol of the teacher's council ends with a full indication of the name of the chairman of the meeting and the secretary, as well as their signatures.

Differences

As for the differences, the protocols of pedagogical councils at school, as well as at the Kindergarten, are almost the same. Their structure is one and the same, points are registered in a standard form. The only thing that can distinguish them is the number of members of the meeting: as a rule, in kindergarten there are much fewer people who are members of the teachers' council, and naturally, the questions are not so extensive. Such moments as “listened”, “decided” are entered into the minutes of teachers' councils in kindergarten as well as at school.
