Kamil Agalarov, the younger brother of the legendary midfielder of “Anji” Ruslan Agalarov, followed in his footsteps for a long time, but after the scandalous departure from the Makhachkala club the fans disappeared from sight.
At the start of a career
Kamil Agabekovich Agalarov was born on June 11, 1988 in the village of Kadar, near Makhachkala. At school age, a young Russian enrolled in a football school in his hometown and at the age of 16 got into his first team - Anzhi-Khazar, where his brother Ruslan had performed several years earlier. The successes of the younger Agalarov were quickly noticed by another club, where his older brother, the Makhachkala Dynamo, who at that time was playing in the First Division of the Russian Championship, had already played, and the young defender signed a contract with the new team.
During two seasons, Kamil Agalarov gained experience as part of the “blue and white”, 16 times entering the field. But in 2006, due to financial problems, the club was dissolved, and only the backing that started to open was transferred to Chernomorets, who played in the league a level lower. The team from Novorossiysk allowed Camille to feel the taste of victories, and a year later, in the rank of champion of the Second Division, he signed a contract with Makhachkala “Anji”.

Due to the success of the eldest of the brothers, Kamil Agalarov had a small advance at Anji, but before he began playing for the Makhachkala club, he was sent for rent for six months at Dagdiesel. The defender made his debut for the “yellows" in August 2008, and for the rest of the season the footballer took part in 8 meetings, marking one successful pass. Camille’s game was pleasant to the Anji coaching staff, and the next season he received more playing time, having made 25 assists in 25 meetings and went to the Premier League with the club.
The defender did not immediately debut in the country's main league - his first appearance took place in March 2010 in a match against CSKA, and the first goal for Anji came only in June of that year - the beck sent one of three goals into the goal of Samara's Wings. Some experts noted the growth of the player and even suggested that Kamil Agalarov, whose nationality is Dargin, would soon be on the list of first candidates for the Russian national team. But the defender did not work out the beginning of the next season, and he began to receive less and less playing practice, as in the 2012/2013 championship. Unhappy with his position in June 2013, the football player moved to “Rostov”.
A fleeting entry into the "Rostov"
However, Kamil Agalarov, whose photo could often be seen in the press after this event, did not stay in the new club for a long time. Two months later, the beck returned to the Makhachkala club, which in the summer decided to change the development strategy. As part of “Anji”, the defender also appeared infrequently, and as a result of the championship the team ended up in the FNL.
The season in the First Division could reanimate the career of a football player, but, being confidently a player in the starting lineup, Kamil Agalarov failed in the middle of the championship, seated on the bench. “Anji” just a year later returned to the Premier League, and the defender tried to take advantage of this event to return to the base of the team, and in the middle of the season gave a successful series, noting one assists, but due to the interests of the club in the spring of 2016, Agalarov broke the contract. Since then, the player has been in the status of a free agent, but, despite the available offers, he has not chosen a new team for himself.
